It was actually a complex experience for the past year of sending my car over there for car services. They generally did a great job suggesting you to replace the parts that needs to be replaced. My car came there with off-steering for the first time and they found that was a broken joint ball and the tires need alignment. Overall I am satisfy with their services. However, a few things bother me to give a 5 start rating. First, my L lower joint ball was replaced in Oct, 2021, and the same joint ball and the control arm was found need to be replaced (causing that side of tire needs to be replaced after only 5 month of use in 5/2022. It is definitely not normal! I went to the shop and they said they would do some investigation and call me which I never receive any call from them. Another thing is their advertisement may be misleading sometimes (especially in conversation). I thought I was told that that replacing their tire could get a lifetime free wheel alignment. Apparently I was wrong, they offer you lifetime free check for your wheel alignment, not free for performing wheel alignment. Otherwise, I probably would not replace a bit overprice fair quality tires from this brand. Services: Oil change, Tires, Battery, Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment

Took it in for the money light, vvt solenoid fault code. They didn't diagnose the car any more than I did with a 40$ code scanner. Even asked me if there was oil in the engine! I thought I was taking it to a shop not auto zone. Not very happy but at least I wasn't charged for a full shop hour. Probably won't go back.

I couldn’t have asked for better service at this location. They solved our issue immediately and showed genuine care and concern. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We will definitely return to this location.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I went in for an alignment and looked at tires. They presented some options that would suit my needs and gave me quotes on a couple and explained the differences. Very helpful!

Purchased 4 new tires and a new rim..Had excellent service..went back for an oil change & tires to be rotated. They actually rotated them the correct way and rotated all 4 !!! They keep me with the same shop guy, which is nice also.Normally i took my vehicle to where I purchased it, but they never rotated all 4. How did I know? Because I mark them 😉..
