The day I was there, their was a lot of employees and there families. I took me 1 hour to get my oil changed, they messed up my wipers, and they did not top off my antifreeze like they che ked that it was full it was not full it was almost empty. My wipers flipped over as I was driving in the rain on my way to my family vacation. Also the coupon that I had they did not except saying the coupon expired and it said it was valid until the 31 of July. They did give me $7 dollars off which was another coupon. I witnessed an employee get into a car that was dropped off so they could work on it and he was eating in the car.

Both of the gentlemen were extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable! I came in for an oil change (no pressure to upgrade on this or that) and at the same time diagnosed my a/c problem.
