Horrible manager. Just experienced him screaming at a delivery driver because of his company protocol. Made him waste his time just because he was not happy with his company policies. Needless to say I will not be coming back. I believe in treating everyone with respect and the manager has a horrible attitude. If Walgreens keeps hiring managers and employees like this it will keep going down. Unbelievable. I feel sad for the driver all he was doing was his job respectfully and this manager screamed at him for no reason. He should be fired. Just read all the reviews. Not sure but the positive ones seem fishy to me. Maybe employees or family members giving reviews with no actual content to how their service was special. I would take your business someplace else.

Walgreens used to be a great store . The pharmacy at this store is terrible , my wife needed a prescription and was told they dont carry it and cant even special order it . Today I found out they had it on their shelf shes needed this for over a week . Time to move to CVS or Walmart for prescriptions

Store was clean. Employees were very courteous, and clean.They wore their masks and offered them to anyone that didn't have one. Such a nice place to do business. Thank you so much Walgreens ❤ Mavis Lancaster

John Roth pharmacist giving covid vaccines was awful. Told my husband & I that we had to wait over an hour because we did not have an appointment & mind you the place was empty. I have a picture & I will post it. We are people that want the vaccine & we get treated like we are animals. He said he had to go to lunch & that it was our fault for not making an appointment although the pharmacy was completely empty. So sad what this has come to. & I am an RN, they should be more than happy to want customers to all come for the vaccine for immunity against this virus.

Wow is all I can say! I have called so many times today and all they do is say’ Welcome to Walgreens please hold’ and then just puts you on hold. If you are lucky on the fourth time of being told to hold, the phone disconnects and you have to call back!!!’ I even spoke the the stor manager about the issue and still this AFTERNOON they are still putting you on hold until the phone disconnects you!!!!! This is very disappointing because we use Walgreens all over the Southern States and never has this happened before.

Extremely rude female at pharmacy. Kept trying to get out of helping me with prescription. I had to call my doctor office several times walgreens several times. She kept telling me it was not covered and too bad basically when I kept insisting it was and I've already used my insurance for this medication before. Today after being told it was supposed to be covered again I called back and got the same rude female. She said "I explained this to you yesterday, "dont try and be smart " she said. Well guess who's smart now. ITS COVERED!!! WHAT A SUPRISE. you've been caught lying and trying to get out of doing your job and Extremely rude to customers. If you don't like this job get a different one. Stop being so rude to men we're tired of it. We're tired of these masculine female attitudes.... edit:what a suprise. A lot of the other reviews are about the female attitudes there. Edit: go back the next day its canceled again. So they ordered it the day before, it came in, someone canceled it (im assuming it was her) had to leave and come back hours later again and request it to be filled again. Edit: called next day, spoke to another rude female "since you were having problems with your insurance it wasn't ordered etc..." so I just let them blame it on me so they feel better cuz if I stick up for myself it gets "lost" again. This is the world we're living in. Masculine females who are mad and lonely for being lied to all their lives taking it out on us males. Why can't I just have a normal experience like the females do?!? Again here we go: they never answer phones or its a huge long wait. Been on hold 45 minutes so far had to call 3 times because getting hung up on during transfer. Still haven't got medication after all this time. If I stop i could have serious health problems even low chance of death. They don't care at all they are just rude as possible to the point of right below getting fired. Accountability is like kryptonite to modern women. If it was a man treating another man like that there would be a physical fight.

Note to Management: How about some customer service training for your night staff? Maybe a reminder of the hours of operation...? We pull in at 9:53pm; an employee is cleaning by the entrance and her automatic reaction was to look at her phone with an attitude (could see it in her face). My girlfriend goes in for ibuprofen and, three (3) minutes later, gets an attitude at the register. So, is the closing time 9:50pm or earlier? We don’t want to inconvenience the staff.

I inquired about a product at the Pharmacy, the girl on left stated"I don't know what your talking about" she should of said, Iam sorry Ill get someone to help you.She should be stocking shelves ,not taking care of customers She was very rude. I worked in H.R. Every one else from the drive through to employees in store have always been pleasant.

Excellent pharmacy staff that shows concern for new prescriptions, allergies, and helps with all questions in a friendly manner. The first ever pharmacy to call me just to make certain I am doing ok with a new medication. The best move I made for myself. Everyone in the store is kind and helpful, even when stocking shelves. Cashiers are friendly and welcome each person as they come through the doors. They strive to keep that hometown feel, and they succeed!
