John Roth pharmacist giving covid vaccines was awful. Told my husband & I that we had to wait over an hour because we did not have an appointment & mind you the place was empty. I have a picture & I will post it. We are people that want the vaccine & we get treated like we are animals. He said he had to go to lunch & that it was our fault for not making an appointment although the pharmacy was completely empty. So sad what this has come to. & I am an RN, they should be more than happy to want customers to all come for the vaccine for immunity against this virus. ~Nurse

The worst CVS in highlands county! The pharmacists are stuck with a bunch of rude & obnoxious staff members. They move slow as snails & their customer service etiquette is slim to none. The staff rarely answers the phones. I stood on line & called purposely and watched one of the workers look over at the phone without answering. Their attitudes are disgusting. If my insurance covered elsewhere thats where i would go. ~Elizabeth

I was there during noon hour today. I asked cashier to help enter rewards number. She said she didnt know how i gave her some loose change and she undecounted it. She didn't recount and scooped it up and put in drawer. Then she said she wasn't doing that and opened register and returned my money. The younger man working there waited on me. This was worst service I've ever had. Older woman needs retraining or fired ~Baby

The place is so dirty. The bathrooms are unclean, they stink. They’re always out of stock, sale old spoiled food, And the manager is a runover. ~Lovelyy
