There's a pretty wide selection of fabric, but I would love to see more modern fabrics or a better variety of plain/heathered material for clothing. Other than fabric, I almost never have an issue finding what I'm looking for. The staff is always pleasant and conversational and I really enjoy the new ticket system at the cutting counter.

I do like Joanne's they have a variety if fabrics but last couple of times going there were short on help so wait times were alot longer than usual. We waited 15mins for the cut bar and another 10 in the check out line.

The cashier was too busy having a super long detailed conversation about nothing to notice the 8 people in line waiting for her to wrap up her conversation to be rung out. I understand being friendly but when the line is stacking up you should probably not ask every customer their life story for a few simple $30 transactions. 2 stars for having the product I needed in stock and turning 5 minutes into 15.

These people rock! There were only two employees working during my visit due to being short staffed, and they are holding this place together. When I was in line for the fabric table a women cut in front of me, and even after telling her multiple times I was here first, she chose to ignore me. The lovely woman cutting the fabric politely told her I was there first and cut my fabric. I really appreciated that she was looking out for me. The cashier was very friendly and kind even though they were under pressure. These two people deserve some recognition and probably a raise.

This was the very best joanns in western Washington with the biggest and best fabrics. Now when I went last weekend, it is half the amount of fabric. completely disorganized, mess, and nothing good about the remodel. So disappointed after so many years of traveling from Snohomish. Sad, just sad.

I won't lie, I only visit JoAnn's to restock my businesses Perler beads (on most days). Their selection was ok, nothing too impressive in relation to other JoAnn's in the area, but I was able to pick up a few colors. The staff was very kind and helped me select a few coupon discounts that I was having trouble finding. And, something that I appreciated a lot, was the fact that the store had an entrance to the international food court which was a lot larger than I thought. I do wish the register was available towards the food court entrance though, so that I didn't have to walk through the store with purchased items - not a big deal, just something that I was conscious about.

I used to work here so let me share a few things that most customers don't know. 1. They are still severely understaffed, they are still trying to hire more staff, there just isn't anyone applying for the job. 2. Because of the understaffing, yes, the current employees are worked to their limit. Please be nice to them as they are trying their best. 3. They recently got a new store manager who was moved from a different store to this location, and the current staff are still adjusting to the new person and the way he runs the place. 4. Weekly sales change every Thursday, special sales change every Fri-Sun. Don't expect the same sales every time you go in, and don't ask for a sale price you saw last week, they can't make the adjustment. 5. There are no special coupons that the cashier is hiding from you. Every coupon you could possibly get is in the JoAnn app. 6. Many prices of items are cheaper online than in-store. Check before you go in person to see if it's an "online only" deal as they cannot match that price in store. 7. Store employees have no access to music or AC/heating, don't ask them to try to do anything about it. 8. The store is always busy all day on Saturday and Sunday, there will never be a good time to go on a weekend. Weekdays are "quietest" from 9a-10a and 1p-3pm. I don't know why, that's just how it's been. 9. Costly items and smaller items get stolen all the time. It genuinely sucks. Just because the website says the item is in stock, doesn't guarantee you'll find it. 10. Incoming truck days are Tuesdays. That's the worst day to come as every stocking team employee is busy trying to get new product onto the shelves. Please let them do their job so that you can find the items you want faster. I might come up with more inside info that should be publicly known later if this gets marked helpful enough. Thanks for reading!

They have a wide variety of craft items, I usually go there when things are on sale because then the prices are more competitive and reasonable, otherwise things are generally more expensive. Clean store. They send coupons to emails or phone numbers if you subscribe.

I had the most rude customer service possibly ever! I normally don't go to this Joann Fabric Store, so I had no idea what I was about to encounter. Sophie at the fabric cutting table was very passively aggressive and rude. I cannot imagine that someone would hate the World and their job that much. I would highly suggest staying away from this location and going to any other Joann Store.

JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts is an excellent source for pandemic crafting supplies and ideas. While the folks who cut material are super friendly and knowledgeable, the store is the basic big box experience. It is not the higher end better staffed smaller inventory Redmond Ben Franklin. Today the door into the mall was shut most likely for security due to lack of staff and customers from the mall. There was a below normal but significant number of customers in the store. There were so many bargains! Lots of new merchandise at reduced prices. Lots of closeout merchandise at even bigger discounts. They not only had a big Halloween section..but are already showing some Christmas merch. The have toys and fun things for everyone in the family.
