I'm so sorry guys your bathroom key was left with me by mistaken, I used a bathroom and filled up a gas but forgot to return the key. I actually have similar key tag for my car. I didn't realize until I reach home at 11pm that night. I'm not familiar with area but tried my best to find out the location and even called so many times to inform about it but not reachable. Sorry I couldn't come back I live north up side 60miles away. I know you guys were cussing on me whole time but seriously I felt really bad about you guys and the others customers. Even the guy at the counter didn't even asked me about the key, must be slipped from his mind handling other customers. Please dont say him anything it's not his fault. Not sure how you guys managed it but hope you guyshave a duplicate ~Muzak

I ordered balloons from them for delivery for my friend's birthday and they had a two hour time slot to get it here. I called them once just to check on the status and they said if they didn't have a driver by a certain time they would Uber it. Cool. I called them again 30 minutes before the end of the time slot just to see if they had someone on their way yet. This lady told me that they picked it up 5 minutes ago and were on their way to me. Another 30 minutes go by and I called to see if the driver had somehow gotten lost only to find out my order was STILL at the store and it was 10 minutes past the end of the time slot. I told the guy on the phone that this was unacceptable. I get that things happen but an HOUR late!? Also, being that they are in the party/event industry you would think that they know how timing is CRUCIAL and should've done everything in their power to make sure the order got there on time. Worst is he was so rude and definitely didn't have any sincerity. Didn't even offer a discount. When I asked about one all he said was "what should I do about it?" in a very rude tone. Then after a little back and forth he said he would try to do a 50% refund (WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED) Honestly I should be getting 100% refunded because the way the store handled it and the worker was rude AF about the whole thing. I will NOT be using Party City ever again. ~Samantha

The time I was there I just said my prepaid phone doesn't work she knew everything she knew what to do and if it didn't work she just pause for a second and said oh here it is.
