One of the nicest JoAnn's I've been to! The store is large and seemed to have more inventory than some other JOANN'S. Jenny was especially helpful.

There were a variety of fabric options. I went in looking for quilted leather. I didn't find it but I did find other options. Bigger store gave more options. Store was cleaner than any Portland Joann's I have ever been to. Likely to go back for the selection.

Joann's has updated its store. It's seems more inviting now. I love the huge wall of yarn in the back. They also have the yarn separated by size, which makes it nice when searching for something for a specific pattern.

Always a fun time taking my girlfriend here. Staff are always helpful and full of laughter. We can always find what she is after.

This is a fantastic, new location. Store is well lit, clean and very spacious. Staff I have encountered are well versed in product, polite and very helpful. They have a wide array of products and are one of the best stocked stores in the area, and this should prove well for them in the future. I do hope the store is kept up and does not fall into disrepair as so many others have.

Had not been in there in a few years.. it changed, but I believe for the better. What wonderful place. Didn't have what I needed, but I didn't expect you to. But it was a great experience to get familiar with what you did/do have.. and remember why I used to shop there..

Parking is a large lot, with ample pull through spaces. It has several entrances though one has a stop light. The store is large and has a big selection of fabric, notions, and machines. It has an area with quilting machines for demonstration and a slightly smaller than Micheal's assortment of are supplies and decor. There are 6 spots at the cutting desk and a kiosk to enter your name to be seen. The store was well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful.

0 Stars if possible. This has to be the absolute worst store i have ever been to. There is never an employee around to help you and they take 30+ minutes to help you once you find someone. I bought a thousand dollars in product and went to return it the next day as the product did not work. The store manager said to me "You are not my priority, go elsewhere and wait until i get back to you." That was May 14th, 2022. I still have yet to get my money back even though they took my returned products after such terrible customer service. I will never shop here again and if i was you, i would think twice before going to this store...
