After paying rent late due to a death in the family and speaking with the office manager over the phone multiple times I was at no time notified that my code was disabled or that a letter (which was never received) was being sent. If you pay in full and the check clears their account you will still not have access to your belongings within 3 business days and 5 calendar days because the only person you can correspond with at Affordable Storage doesn't have access to these records and isn't advised of any updates in a timely manner. The absolute lack of communication and empathy on this company and the representatives is appalling and I am moving my belongings out immediately and wouldn't recommend this company or their accommodations. Additionally, prices have gone up and bugs have moved in. Management's refusal to rectify the problem on their end, only suggesting what a paying loyal customer can do out of their own pocket is frustrating and insulting. Spraying the outside of just one unit won't make a difference when the bugs are moving throughout the units.

Second time my rent got increased. They don't send a monthly bill. The management's constant extreme bliss is difficult to handle. Nice new units but no longer affordable.

Very friendly people to work with and many options on size of storage units. Prices are very reasonable. Awesome company that i'll definitely store with again. I highly recommend them!
