Here I sit wishing there was a zero star rating. I didn't take a picture of my burnt sandwich because I assumed Subway would do the right thing and replace it for me. Not only was their response to my complaint insulting and rude, but I ended up with no refund, no replacement, not even a coupon. My sandwich wasn't even a sandwich as it was so burnt it was inedible. Beware! If you must eat there because you're literally starving, be sure to unwrap your sandwich and check it before leaving. If you leave and anything is wrong, they will brush you off and steal your money. ---original impersonal unhelpful response---- Dear, I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I dont know if they were busy but i order online a blt sandwhich add turkey, shredded cheese but what i got was turkey, shredded cheese and bacon... Upsetting that i got home too eat and wasn't what i wanted nor filling. "Sandwich artist's"

Not sure if this is a reoccur issue at this location, but so far everytime I order online they are out of 2/3 of their products. I get being out of a couple vegetable options for the sandwiches but being out of everything besides jalapeños, spinach, and banana peppers seems a bit weird. It might just be a staffing or stocking issue but I have ran into this problem quite frequently here. Hopefully something changes or more evaluation on what they have would be beneficial for them.

Update: although I still believe the below to be true, tonight the bread was hard and they were out of herb and cheese bread and roast beef. I hope this was just a one time thing. The sandwiches are better at this location than the one in Monmouth. The bread was soft and the toppings were fresh.

I got a footlong veggie which was okay, sauce was dripping off my sandwich, very excessive. However, my wrap that I ordered to have to lunch the next day had RAW UNCOOKED BACON, how is that safe to serve to customers?? I’m very disappointed with this location lately

For a 2nd time now we ordered delivery off the website from this store and they cancelled our order without any explanation or even the courtesy of a call. Had I not check my email after 30 mins I wouldn't have even known. This is ridiculous, IF you are going to cancel the order have the courtesy to actually call the customer and inform them.

Ordered off app Got 3 foot longs 2 toasted 1 not. The toasted subs were cold but that probably because they have a mobile order pick up rack next to the door...its fall and getting cold out side... not a very smart place to have a rack where warm food waits. Besides that, subs were destroyed bread all ripped and veggies super old, that they were brown....for the 1 sub that we didn't toast was ice cold we ordered steak and cheese. They didn't heat up meat at all, it was refrigerated cold and cold cheese tossed in. Who in the hell wants to eat a ice cold steak and cheese sandwich! I get it subway isn't most exciting job out there but you are getting paid to be there so try not to make it clear you don't care how you do your job. If you don't want to be there and make sandwiches, then don't. People that want a sub don't want to eat from place that serves subs that look like and taste like they came from trash.

This location has the friendliest employees I've ever met. I filled my water bottle every night for one year free of charge. Never bought a sandwich. And still I was greeted with a smile and never allowed to pay. The guys working made my day a good one more often then not.
