Was helping my mom get her car repaired. She scheduled it 2 months in advance while she was out of town. It was just a debrief front fender and said it would be done when she came back a week later. It was not done. It took another 3 weeks to finish. They promised to have all parts on site when the repair started but then it was one thing after another that they couldn't get and had to wait to wait for. Always waiting.......

We have always relied on White's Collision Service. We've lived in the area for 43 years and been hit by other drivers three times. Whites always did a great job repairing our cars. They even dealt with the insurance companies for us. We highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Whites. They are amazing every time either me or my husband need to take our car in. Over the last 12.5 years we have had to have 3 different cars in for someone rear ending us, someone running a stop sign and totaling my car and my husband hitting a deer. Each time it is a stressful, annoying situation of no fault of our own really and Whites takes care of everything from getting us rental cars to working with our insurance. My last accident, a kid totaled my car and it was a scary time because I had never been in a serious accident and my husband was out of town for work. I called my insurance and then called Whites and I spoke with one of the main guys and he made me feel so much better. I dropped my car off, got in my rental and when it was for sure totaled I went to get my stuff out of it and the same guy was there helping me and making sure everything was settled for me to get the check from the insurance and get my new car. Each time we are in there they make sure we have rides back home if there could not be a rental car at that moment and they always go above an beyond. Their slogan, “Making friends by accident” is a perfect statement for this business because although profession, they make you feel like you have know them for years. This was the easiest experience I have had dealing with an auto body shop. Their text updates were very helpful and the staff are ON THE BALL. They were so polite and kind, treating me like my car was their top priority and explaining the whole process to me. Also, they had my rental car waiting to be swapped out at the time of my drop-off, which is wonderful. When I returned the rental car, I left my garage door opener inside. I realized it at 4:57pm and the manager reopened the shop just to give me my garage door opener. I am so grateful for this small-town business that made all the difference in my stress levels when getting repairs done!
