They got the job done and kept me in the loop the entire time. Very much appreciated. Would recommend them, and will use them again if necessary. My Experience I am SUPER pleased with the body and paint work done to my vehicle!! My baby was backed into. It messed up my rear bumper, tailight, paint, and other issues underneath. They fixed it all up, painted it, and got my baby all pretty again. AND..... THEY CLEANED MY VEHICLE!!! I honestly am embarrassed to admit that I ended up getting busy prior to drop off and did not clean out the inside of my car, and they did!!! WHOA!! THANK YOU!!!! From the initial quote, I knew our car was in good hands. Steve and his team handled everything with top notch customer service and professionalism. Everything with the insurance, was taken care of. After dropping off the vehicle, I received regular text updates of what stage of repair the car was in. I didn’t have to worry or wonder. They have a car rental place next door and had told them I was coming so they would be ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs so I could have my rental available without a long wait. Such great customer service everyone said hi to me as they walked by me, it makes you feel good and makes you want to come back if you ever have to hopefully I won’t get hit again. My dad was an auto body specialist and I grew up around paint and repairs I’m picky and trust me I have not accepted my car several times from other places and made them replace parts and start over. Mackin’s Auto body in Canby is fantastic. I went to them for a repair on my car after it had been scraped pretty good. We were working through a business insurance to cover the cost and it all went so smooth. On top of that, I needed my car to be available the next week when they were wanting to do the repair and they said “well how about you leave it today and we will get it done by next week” it was done within a couple days!! They did a fantastic job. They also went the extra mile and vacuumed my messy sand filled car. If I ever need to use an auto body shop again, I’ll definitely be going back to Mackin’s

I had an accident which left a hole in my side panel. 😞 For the second time (our send accident) we brought our car to Mackin’s because we’ve had such good service from them. Today Eliseo Cortes was amazing at going over the guarantee and all the repairs that were done on my car. They not only wash the outside but detailed the inside! I highly recommend them it’s nice having good quality work in a smaller town. Service: Body & Trim

Never worked with a better place. Very professional, friendly, honest, and communicative. Truck blew a tire, ruining the fender and other parts of the truck. They bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for me. They worked directly with my insurance company and set up the rental car for me. They kept me apprised of the progress via text and phone calls. They let me know of additional damage unseen by the appraisal and got those repairs approved through the insurance. I'd recommend them to anyone needing body work.
