From start to finish the best experience I can say I’ve had in 49 years of my life. From the first car I bought when I was 16 years old, to today. As I was sitting there I met a man named Michael but just happened to be the owner of emmets very friendly talk to me about my car tell me about his experiences it was actually a breath of fresh air to have someone take the time you treat me like I was just anyone else in the world to him. And the young man who helped me design the car the way I wanted it I found out at the end it was Micheal‘s son Cameron I had no idea who he was all I know is he took the time to help me kept in touch with me let me know everything that was going on with the car. When I went to pick my car up I met a gentleman name Dan he took me out and explained the car to me and Alan handled different features on the car and he’s actually checked up on me to make sure things are going good with the car if I had any other questions I can’t say enough about all the people that work there each and everyone was friendly nice kind it was an amazing experience if and when I look for a new car ever again I’ll be going there and to anyone that’s looking for a car they treat you like your family they’re amazing people .

I was looking for an SUV, but I ended up with this amazing truck instead. From start to finish it was a smooth transaction. Dan went above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible. Over all this took maybe 2 1/2 hours total! Dan even delivered my truck to me at work! As you can see it is Zoewie approved as well! Zoewie thanks you Dan! 5 ⭐️ for him!

The problem was related to some previous work done but I had no idea... they could have charged me for the work and I would have been none the wiser but instead they told me that they thought it was related to previous work done and tightened it up free of charge and waved the diagnostic fee. The truth is that having a trusting relationship with the people that service your vehicle is worth a whole lot and with cost going up in general... that type of trust is as good as money in the bank.

While there were some computer issues on their end, the staff were very nice and apologetic for the problems. They made trading in my old car for a newer model far less difficult than it might have otherwise been.
