Took my truck it because it was having transmission issue. At frist the owner seemed nice. I gave him all the paperwork that needed to be fax over to my warranty company. After I left that everything went to hell. No one answers the phones there I text the owner several times asking if he had fax the paperwork over he told me he was going into the office to fax it over it never happened. After several calls and no one responding I finally went in and took my truck to a actual mechanic. My truck literally sat in his parking lot for two weeks and not one single thing was done to it. Then when I pick up my truck he left the window down. There was condensation all over the inside of my truck. How Outlaw automotive is still in business is a mystery to me. I wouldn't recommend someone I hate to take the vehicle there. outlaw automotive needs to remember that customers are the reason his doors stay open. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!

Best mechanic I have been too, while driving over 12 years. Very well knowledgeable. And a very great guy. Had a alternator go out on me, and he took great care of me and my vehicle. Even during this pandemic going on. Words cant describe how great they are.

Some call the mechanic there great, I call him a savant. The rest of the related businesses in town collectively possess only a fraction of the ability of this guy but what makes me always return here is the blunt, unwavering honesty. I have saved enough money since I switched to Outlaw Automotive that I could buy another car if I wanted to. So if you want your vehicle to have the best chance of survival I strongly suggest you do business with these people you will most assuredly become a long term customer!

The owner is nice and knows his stuff. I'll be back with all my cars. Called late near closing and he and his staff stayed late and had me back on the road. Thanks for the help Outlaw for helping be get by.

I wrote The Following review approximately 3 months ago I am retracting that review I was highly mistaken . The first time I went to Outlaw Automotive they did fix the problem and he was generous enough to let me make payments. I thought I had found an honest well knowledgeable garage to do work on my truck but since then. I have had nothing but problems I took my truck in 3 days in a row I gave them a list of things I needed done they change the oil out of all the things I needed to be done after having my vehicle for 3 days. When I got my vehicle back there were parts missing. Not to mention the ball joint they put on my vehicle was bad I have called repeatedly trying to get the part that was stolen from my truck put back on trying to get the ball joint fixed at no avail they blocked me from calling the shop the owner won't return my calls or my texts they won't fix anything or replace the stolen part from my truck this is a horrible inexperienced place to take your vehicle I apologize if any of you unfortunately took your vehicle to them due to my review at the time of my review I was happy but since then they've proven to me what a horrible company they are. And yes the owner is a very nice man but he's a man who promises a lot and produces absolutely nothing I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this place again I apologize if you took your car there based on my review I was wrong. guys are excellent!! I wouldn't recommend any other place besides Outlaw Automotive they HONEST, knowledgeable where your vehicle is concerned they care more about you're being satisfied and happy with the work then they do about how much money they're making off of you they are the most reasonably priced Automotive Garage in town. I highly recommend Outlaw Automotive for all your Automotive needs

These guys are inexperienced!!! I would NOT recommend THIS place. Not honest at all. Go to any other place but these guys, especially if you’re a woman! Car was having battery/starter issues and kept dying. They couldn’t even diagnose that and kept giving me the run around. Said he would call me in an hour...never heard from him. My husband had to tow my car to another shop in town. These guys really don’t care. If they don’t have time for you they just ignore you or price high so you’ll go away. Never again!!!!

They had my car for months and didn't even try to fix it. They just assumed I needed a transmission and tried to get me to pay over 3k. Then there friend kept trying to buy and scam me out of it for 150$. After 20 minutes of research and looking into the problem my car needs a new torque converter and was a 300$ fix.

This shop didn’t seem very professional and they had to google all my car issues. They googled car codes and how to fix things. My mind was blown. Not much knowledge from the mechanic...oh and only one mechanic leads all the work. He wasn’t confident in fixing my car so my confidence in them had me going elsewhere!! They were unable to determine what my car needed.

While driving up to Seattle, my car broke down about a mile from this shop. AAA suggested I call Outlaw. Jim came to me on the highway (!!), jury-rigged a method to get the car running well-enough to drive to the shop (saving me an hour's wait for a tow), diagnosed the problem right away and accurately, and had me on my way in about an hour. Jim and his shop displayed true integrity, fairness, and expertise--all to a total stranger just passing through their town. Uncommonly above and beyond!!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Outlaw Automotive. James is the man to see. I had been ripped off from a mechanic who also tried to but my car After over quoting what it would take to fix. So they said to have it towed there and they would take a look. They stayed there even after they were closed waiting for me. They were fair and honest which I value highly. They worked hard to get the parts needed at a fair price as didn't cost me an arm and leg. It was less than the other mechanic quoted me. "The devil you know is better than the devil you don't. " was quoted to me when debating on selling it or fixing it. He couldn't have been more right. My husband loves his car and didn't want to have to buy another used car to have more unknown problems. Seriously great people and service at such a fair price.
