I’ve been a t-mobile customer for 7+ years I’ve never had this bad of an interaction with a store before!!! Absolutely unprofessional, rude and lazy I was there wanting to buy a new device and the employee is like why don’t you go to a corporate store even tho they were standing around not doing anything and they had the one I wanted in stock.

The experience was phenomenal. Emily was great over the phone with giving information and was able to answer all of questions quickly and efficiently. Emily also helped upon arrival and was able to help me immediately with my problems with my account and upgrading my devices. Cody was very helpful and helped set up the devices along with Aaron and allowed the transfer to our new devices to be effortless. Honestly this location has made my day and helped turn a bad day into a good one. I 100% recommend everyone to visit this location because these employees have given me the best experience I could ask for. Definitely a 5 star experience.

What an amazing staff at this Snellville location! I had exceptional customer service Instantly from the time I walked into the store until I left. Cody and Emily was very helpful patient knowledgeable and considerate. I would recommend this particular sprint store as well as my favorite two sales associates to anyone.
