Here I sit wishing there was a zero star rating. I didn't take a picture of my burnt sandwich because I assumed Subway would do the right thing and replace it for me. Not only was their response to my complaint insulting and rude, but I ended up with no refund, no replacement, not even a coupon. My sandwich wasn't even a sandwich as it was so burnt it was inedible.
Beware! If you must eat there because you're literally starving, be sure to unwrap your sandwich and check it before leaving. If you leave and anything is wrong, they will brush you off and steal your money.
