Best hamburger restaurant in Sheffield, Alabama (AL) 2024

This is the WORST run place I've ever been in. Super slow inside and out. I tried to order lunch to go last Saturday at the counter because the drive thru was very long. I waited 15 minutes to place my order and never did get to. I left. Too much chaos and horseplay. Someone from upper management needs to secretly send someone to observe what's happening in there. Beyond ridiculous! ~Sodonia
