Best car rental agency in Burbank, California (CA) 2024

Rental of the van went fairly smooth since NC Rental staff at Burbank Airport were able to get us a 12 passenger van rather than a 15 passenger van (no room for luggage). The van was comfortable with plenty of room for luggage. The only two problems were: 1. No steps to climb into the van. This made it difficult for some co-travelers to climb up and down. 2. No outlets to charge cell phones. Had to use own adapter. Return went very smooth. All together we were pretty happy with the entire process. ~Massoud

I want to share what a wonderful experience I had with Enterprise. I was in vehicle accident and needed to rent a car. I was recommended Enterprise by the body shop. I made a reservation and the day I dropped off my car. The sent Michael and Steven. Both great guys who represent their company very well. They were friendly, full of information as to what I needed to do next. Micheal took all my information. The car was ready and I was out in 15 min. You got some awesome crew members Enterprise.
