We waited over 90 minutes for two medium pizzas. The delivery portion alone took over an hour even though we are less than 2 miles away. With the degree of low ratings online (we didn't look at recent reviews so we didn't know about the poor service reviews), why hasn't Dominos reprimanded this particular franchise owner and shut them down? Do not pre tip.Wait and see if you get the pizza.

This locations pizza has gotten me profusely sick two times in a row. Shame on me. It doesn't happen with any other brands pizza. The manager tried to tell me I am gluten intolerant instead of owning up to the issue.

now you guys messed up AGAIN. stop giving wrong things to us. I asked for half bbq chicken half pepperoni and you did the bbq sauce all over it. yet we made it clear at the register to half marinara half bbq

Looking forward to some cinnamon twists and they decide to put icing inside my box with garlic nots. I ordered cinnamon twists and they knew that because you have to put the icing inside the box and OBVIOUSLY they saw it was garlic nots doing that. They were closing in a hour so this explains why they were lazy and wouldn't make more cinnamon twists. Yet I did order and pay. This dominos has very messed up workers. Never again.

The staff was totally overwhelmed. I ordered two large pizzas with multiple toppings at first they couldn’t find the pizzas then they found them. When I got home I realized they were the wrong pizzas. We ordered 5 toppings on our pizzas there was only two toppings on the pizzas we received. Rather than drive back to return them we decided to eat them. As it turned out we were unable to eat the pizzas since the toppings were totally wrong. In addition there was almost no cheese on the pizza. I tried calling the store but the person answering the phone could not understand or speak English. I tried canceling the charges but the store hasn’t processed the charge yet. We have used this store going on eight years, never had any issues. I will not return to Domino’s for a long time.

This was the worst that I've ever been here. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20-30 so I left my house after 30 min. When I got there, I was still waiting another 20 min got cold pizza and seen someone making a pizza without glove touch his hair and proceed to make pizza with no hand washing. Will definitely not come here again

They didn’t have my order ready even though the app that I ordered it on stated that it was complete At 3:32pm. When I informed them they said it wasn’t going to be ready for another 10 min. I’ve had experience before where the employee will click the “ready” button before the pizza is even ready so that they look good on the computer system. Will not return to this lomita location.

Always have a problem when trying to order from this pizza location. Sometimes it takes the employees forever to pick up the phone, and the website is almost always down for placing orders online. I called in today to try and order a quick dinner and the employee was super rude. He informed me that delivery was going to take an hour and a half because they were backed up in orders and that a curbside pick up order would take 45 minutes. Then he told me he needed to put me on hold instead of trying to place my order. & the worst part is I have a free pizza with them and cannot even redeem it when needed.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Had to cancel my order since there were employees including the cook without a mask. In the middle of a global pandemic, this is simply unacceptable! When I asked the manager why his employees were not wearing a mask he responded that “they had ran out, but that his cook was not breathing on the pizzas and that he washes his hands” . His ignorant and illogical response are extremely unacceptable for costumers who are trusting on a company to hold their employees to high standards! Will never order from this store again!

We got. Pizza and garlic bread bites tonight. We called in our order and the guy on the phone was so friendly & kind. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like we were interrupting this busy establishment. We picked up our order, which was on time and our food was perfect! We Love this location and have always had a great pizza experience here! Yummy! 🍕
