The store is really SMALL but on the plus side is very well stocked and has a really good selection. Unfortunately the New girl with the platinum blond hair is not too bright and doesn't know the store inventory or products sold very well which made it a very frustrating shopping experience and the girl with the hot pink hair was very rude while she was putting down and belittling the other girl well helping me and got snippy with me as well. Therefore, unfortunately I think I will be doing my shopping at a different sallys and avoid this one.

The newest member of the Sally’s team or who knows she’s been their for about 1 yr heavy accent (Yossy)she is rude doesn’t seem to know her products ..I’ve had to school her on products ..do they really just hire people w no knowledge let alone no customer service experience...she acts very educated but isn’t anyway 2 encounters w this person ..This is my local Sally’s which is why I always come here...but I seem to get nowhere when I have ?? Or need help..the store in Torrance and San Pedro have better service ..latest incident she demanded if I ever had a refund or exchange to give it to her or have it put behind the register before I shop(mind you it’s in my purse)...even if I have a receipt. I said what is in my purse is private so if I want to pull it out exchange after I find other items I will gladly do so..her tone of voice so demanding and she was very adamant is was really made me snap. My purse..my product that I still owe..and if I choose to pull it out after to exchange or refund let that be my business. If it’s in a big bag now And it’s store policy I will gladly hand it over to you. Again very poor customer service and uneducated usually when i come to this store I come to get what I know I’m going to get ..if I’m trying out for a new product and need info ..I go elsewhere the store in Tortance is the best ..they are professionals and know their products.

It’s me Sonia again was there yesterday and let me tell you they must of caught wind of my yelp review because as soon as I walked In the “manager” possibly long haired old lady was at the door and instead of welcoming me she said “do you have any returns or exchanges ,in which I didn’t have any in hand obviously...I said “maybe not sure yet” she said hand it over give it to Us to put behind register ..I said no no no if I decide to exchange it I will pull it out if it’s small enough to leave in my purse and I have a receipt why would you want me to empty my purse ..I felt discriminated and targeted and mind you these ladies know I have been coming here for years..always bought stuff here my local store ..she agreed I never stoled and that I was a frequent local customer so I asked her why the fuss..she continued on almost yelling at me mind you I’m almost 8 months pregnant (high risk pregnancy )very obvious she stated it was “really weird I didn’t want to pull my return out” at this point I felt like she was trying to degrade me..I’ve felt weird about a lot of things at that store before ..like how long have you been here ..lady shouldn’t you be retired ..based on other reviews these “ladies” can’t even seem to keep up w the current products just the outdated ones..anyway none of my business just like it was none of her business if I was going to return or not what she didn’t know what what’s in my purse ..they made me feel terrible ...she pursued to ask me “ why are you even pregnant”getting very personal w me? Even at one point stating why aren’t you working which mind you I just got on disability about 3 weeks ago from my office job due to my high risk pregnancy ...she said me being pregnant wasn’t a disability I thought lady it’s none of your business...she even stated I was jealous of her which I thought was hilarious ...seriously?! She’s telling me a customer this?! Why would I be miserable of someone who’s spent their whole life in retail ..someone completely outdated?! And as for the other lady Yossi she’s such an instigator she was loving it w a smirk on her face ..even to the point of laughing at me cause I was breathing hard and the lady w theory hair asking me why was I breathing hard ...these employees are a joke ..been to the surrounding Sally’s and never had an issue..always courteous and very knowledgeable..yossi even insisted “ why do you come to my store ..well lady I don’t come to you that for sure and I come to this store because one it’s my local store and two I research my own products because I learned my lesson w these ..they dont know their products ..anyway worst experience ever...this Sally’s store is the worst ..take it from a frequent loyal customer ...if I could give it zero stars I would a big 0 to Yossi and that other lady ..
