Looking forward to some cinnamon twists and they decide to put icing inside my box with garlic nots. I ordered cinnamon twists and they knew that because you have to put the icing inside the box and OBVIOUSLY they saw it was garlic nots doing that. They were closing in a hour so this explains why they were lazy and wouldn't make more cinnamon twists. Yet I did order and pay. This dominos has very messed up workers. Never again. ~Haley

There are a lot of cute things at this store. You can find better quality things here than at some of the big lots I have been to. That said, I feel that big lots has over time been less of a Guaranteed bargain place, and more of a “know your prices and you could find a good bargain” type of place. I should note the people who work here seem to be very helpful and nice. In addition, the women’s restroom was very clean. That makes a big difference. I am putting four stars instead of five for the type of place that it is, because there are a lot of things that do not have the price marked. And, as is common in these type of bargain shopping stores, it was cluttered and the shelves were not well kept. ~Lopsie

I found this gem of a store while googling a specific topic about my embroidery machine. I live across the country and have never actually been in the store, but I have been welcomed into their online community with open arms. Every encounter online or on the telephone has been courteous, kind and super helpful. Many virtual offerings. High quality fabrics and notions at an excellent price. I have already learned so much! The best part is everyone just exudes a joy of sewing and sense of fun. Don't miss this, in person or online! ~Margre

What an incredible place! Huge parking lot on site. Well organized! Clean! The staff are all very friendly. There was a "greeter" who asked us if we wanted a shopping cart ( these carts are all sanitized). Tons of housewares, art pieces. We didn't spend any time in the clothing area, but rather spent more time on housewares. Clean restrooms too! At the check out, one has the option to pay cash or Self Check Out with a credit card. The store is really SMALL but on the plus side is very well stocked and has a really good selection. Unfortunately the New girl with the platinum blond hair is not too bright and doesn't know the store inventory or products sold very well which made it a very frustrating shopping experience and the girl with the hot pink hair was very rude while she was putting down and belittling the other girl well helping me and got snippy with me as well. Therefore, unfortunately I think I will be doing my shopping at a different sallys and avoid this one. ~Danielle
