One of the few honest shops in Northern VA. Great customer service from the shop manager, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Been here on multiple occasions because they've always quoted at a lower price compare to the surrounding auto shops. Ask for "Q" he'll take good care of you, never had an issue with him. For the owner: I would love to continue the business by going here for safety + emissions inspection. Would it be possible in the future for plans to expand in for this? I love this Meineke and would hate to go elsewhere because you don't have the facility to support customer needs.

Had a nail in my tire, and the service was excellent. I needed to get back on the road for multiple appointments and service tech, Que, provide a quick solution. He heard me and understood my time constraints. He ordered me a new tire, which came in the next day earlier than projected. Great job

I had a misfire in my Honda Accord 2013 v6.. I was charged over $800 to replace 6 spark plugs and 1 coil.. Basically a tune up.. You tell me if that is a fair price.. Not only that they wanted to charge me over 1k and I had to talk to them just to get down to $800+. I will never use them again.. I know alot of people in woodbridge because I work for Amazon. I will never recommend them.. Sometimes when you win you actually lose. Service: Engine repair

Great help, staff here is friendly and professional. Recently got in a bind and needed brakes and rotors replaced. They got it in and out in less than 3 hours at a fair price as a walk in appointment. What more could you ask for.

Shop a few times prior to this and they were always been extremely honest and the price was perfect. This time the young man that took my information quoted me $1200 to replace a catalytic converter without even looking up the prices. I told him that I had worked in the auto industry for that catalytic converter on my model truck there’s no way it would cost $1200. Then he proceeded to tell me that it’s because they have precious metals in them. I told him That I understand what you’re trying to say. I worked in the auto industry for a long time. But that model truck that catalytic converter there’s no way. After the young man looked up everything he then came back to me and told me it would be $600 with 200 to $300 in labor. I proceeded to go to another shop where they told me it would be $400 for labor and parts. I hope that the upper management at the shop reads this. The young man working your front desk not have the knowledge needed to do proper sales and pricing with customers quite yet he needs some guidance. He also needs to learn to look up the information prior to quoting a price to a customer otherwise it will be more customers that are upset with the price and leave.
