The techs and staff were professional and efficient plus the price for a full synthetic oil change was very reasonable.

I went to go get my oil changed done and I noticed oil leaking.Turns out the old oil was everywhere without it being properly cleaned from the bottom. Went back the next day to have the service looked at again. Dumfries jiffy lube is not my usual place to go but decided to give it a try since it’s closer to my new home. Because of my concerns, I took my car to the Woodbridge jiffy lube to have them check it again, and the customer service was great as always, everyone took their time to recheck the whole car and also turned out to inform me that I needed a battery replacement because my current was too low. Dumfries failed to do a full service check and the work they preformed felt rushed. Service: Oil change

I've been a customer here for many years. The staff is always friendly, courteous and attentive. There is a clear commitment to customer service, and that sort of thing comes from the top. I got in just under the wire before closing one night. As I drove away I discovered a problem, and swung back in. Even though it was after closing time, the team trouble-shot the problem and fixed it. (Diagnosis: Faulty oil filter. The Team replaced it) Although it was after closing, the service adviser tasked if he could drive the car down the highway a little bit, just to be sure all was well. There's of course been a lot of turnover in the team in the years I've been a customer, but the customer service attitude and professionalism have never changed. I'll say it again: In business, that flows down from the top.

I am big on customer service, and they didn't disappoint. The customer service I received was one of the best. They explained everything to me BEFORE they started on what I need and not giving me a surprise at the end of the service. As I left everyone was waving and I was in and out, it took less than half an hour. I love this jiffy lube and will be back. Service: Oil change

We were traveling home and needed an oil change so we stopped here. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. I wish I lived closer so I could come back. The staff members were so helpful and caring. They made us feel like family members. Excellent customer service from every single employee. This store is top notch. I recommend coming here. 100%

Excellent service! The guys were so nice and they even fixed my rim when balancing the tire! They got my car running smooth again! They even told me if it isn’t right to come back in and they would fix it free or charge but when I got in the car it was perfect.

Visited this location on 6/6/21 for a standard oil change and tire rotation and left feeling like everything was great (Carlos has great people skills- he’s the manager). Yesterday the metal heat plate and other parts beneath the car became loose and began scrapping the road as I was driving. I had to pull over right away and saw that the screws were never tightened correctly and the metal parts were hanging on by a thread. AAA towed me ($169) to the Honda dealership where my total cost to fix the damaged underside was $683. The oil change I paid for with air filter changes and tire rotation was $190. All of this because they didn’t bother to check the safety of their work before releasing the car back to me. I hope they can work this out with me because Carlos, the manager, seems nice enough. I will never go back to a Jiffy Lube and will take legal recourse if the regional managers do not make this right. ***Update- 6/8*** Carlos arranged payment for the repairs on my vehicle. He called the Honda dealer and paid the entire bill. I will wait for the reimbursement for the tow, but am very happy with the way he has handled this situation. ***Final update 6/17*** Carlos and the regional manager came through and paid for all of the damage, towing expenses and reimbursed me for the cost of the services at Jiffy lube. I am happy with the way they handled this situation in a professional manner.

Quick and easy. The guys are friendly there. Only downfall is I asked these guys multiple times to check my tires as they looked off to me and I had travel plans. Made it out of state and end up with a slow leak. I took my car to a tire shop and I had minimal tread on my tires and had to replace all 4. It looked like someone took a blade to my tires...not safe at all.
