One of the few honest shops in Northern VA. Great customer service from the shop manager, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Been here on multiple occasions because they've always quoted at a lower price compare to the surrounding auto shops. Ask for "Q" he'll take good care of you, never had an issue with him. For the owner: I would love to continue the business by going here for safety + emissions inspection. Would it be possible in the future for plans to expand in for this? I love this Meineke and would hate to go elsewhere because you don't have the facility to support customer needs. ~Gear

I have several Aldi's near me and my work, and this is my preferred one. They keep things neat, organized, and fresh. It's not usually too overwhelmingly busy when I go, and when it is busy, they try to open enough check outs to accommodate. They don't have everything a traditional grocery store has, so if you're looking for a unique spice or unusual ingredient you may not find it here. But you will find your general items such as bread, produce, meat, dairy, snacks, zip lock bags, paper plates, etc. Their prices are better than traditional grocery stores for most things, so I usually start my grocery trip here and than any items they don't have I'll grab at another store. They also have rotating seasonal items. Be sure to bring your own bags so you don't have to buy any at check out, and of course you'll need a quarter for your cart - but you'll get it back when you return your cart. ~Marie

I've never been a big fan of KFC. The chicken is okay, but it does seem like the chicken has been getting smaller over the years. Which is strange because I thought all of the chickens were hopped up on growth hormones these days. Some of the people at the drive-thru can be very . . . abrupt. They'll take your order, you'll get your order, but you kind of feel like you've been yelled at. I will say though, oddly enough, KFC has some of the best pot pies, and they're good at getting your order correct, which is an accomplishment here in Dumfries. ~Scott

This is my local USPS and I've have nothing but good experiences. The workers are nice though one of the On Call Ladies could have a better attitude haha, otherwise nothing but good people here!! I go every week or other week to ship things out when applicable. ~Noctis

Super helpful at Front Counter w/paperwork and ensuring got 37 back for providing used wheel rim. Excellent customer svc!! P/U part in yard office was another helpful employee. Visited this location on 6/6/21 for a standard oil change and tire rotation and left feeling like everything was great (Carlos has great people skills- he’s the manager). Yesterday the metal heat plate and other parts beneath the car became loose and began scrapping the road as I was driving. I had to pull over right away and saw that the screws were never tightened correctly and the metal parts were hanging on by a thread. AAA towed me ($169) to the Honda dealership where my total cost to fix the damaged underside was $683. The oil change I paid for with air filter changes and tire rotation was $190. All of this because they didn’t bother to check the safety of their work before releasing the car back to me. I hope they can work this out with me because Carlos, the manager, seems nice enough. I will never go back to a Jiffy Lube and will take legal recourse if the regional managers do not make this right. ***Update- 6/8*** Carlos arranged payment for the repairs on my vehicle. He called the Honda dealer and paid the entire bill. I will wait for the reimbursement for the tow, but am very happy with the way he has handled this situation. ***Final update 6/17*** Carlos and the regional manager came through and paid for all of the damage, towing expenses and reimbursed me for the cost of the services at Jiffy lube. I am happy with the way they handled this situation in a professional manner. ~Meagan

Perhaps the LEAST convenient hours of any business.....ever. I mean the ABC store and DMV offer more convenient hours of operation. ~JB

Had an amazing experience. I went into the store to get new windshield wipers. Not only were they helpful finding the best parts, they attached them in the rain. At one point I felt like everyone in the store was helping me. Great service, friendly and extremely attentive and patient. ~Tasha

One Performance was wonderful in helping me! I had an issue with my car after accidentally hitting a rather large puddle. They were able to take a look and do the repair the same day for a shockingly reasonable price! The woman at the front desk was professional and kind! 10/10 recommend!
