Everyone is always helpful here but the bank manager lied to my face today and literally wasted my time today with his lies. I had a fraud incident, spoke to the fraud department and they told me how to get my account restored at an institution. I came here to this location a lady called and they told her what to do. But the bank manager comes in and says I can’t have what I needed done and that everyone else is giving wrong information. So I call the fraud department again and they said they are not wrong and to go back to the bank so I do that only for this bank manager to throw the blame on the rep that helped me then says someone else will help me. I sit down waiting then he comes to tell me they can’t help me because they are closed. So I should make an appointment to come back. I let him know my time has been wasted and that my issue could have been resolved a while ago he continues to blame the other reps. Thats very bad conduct for a bank manager to just lie and throw blames around while wasting a customers time not only that I’m a small business owner so imagine the hassles I’m going through with my account on hold.
