I had an amazing experience at this location especially. Jennifer was able to help me choose the best fit phone for my needs, even when I didn’t know which phone to choose. With all the options for phones, lines, accessories, etc. It felt almost impossible to make a decision but she was able to guide me in the right direction and help me make the decision that left me very satisfied.

YIRA is an amazing person very professional she did everything in her power to make sure that i got the best phone for my budget and it was the greatest deal i have ever gotten fom metro . What a great effort she put in to making sure i dont go a day without a phone . i can't thank you guys enough 😊

Went into the store today to just look around was greated as soon as I walk in by a very charming smile. Alondra spent time helping me pick a phone out and didn't pressure me to buy, she was very patient with me for I had a lot of questions to ask I explained to her that I needed to do my research but I would be back to purchase a phone because of the professional experience she offered after about 4 hours of doing research I returned back to the store greeted by that same smile again and 😁the process of buying the phone... she had already set up the phone case screen protector headphones and etcetera that I had been looking at previously the whole transaction was done in less than 20 minutes wow I couldn't believe it Top Notch service in a speedy fashion if I could give this place 10 Stars I would great job Alondra and thank you for your time patience and great attitude I will be telling all my friends and family about the experience I had in the store and will be referring them for their purchases customer service like this is very rare and I am in the customer service business as well as a manager for 9 years customer service reps like that are the ones you want to keep around for years to come thank you so much for the great service and I love my new phone!!

Don't go in or call if you need help. Neither answer phone, so I DROVE in to store and she couldn't be bothered with helping. Also, I don't speak Spanish so she kept rolling her eyes while I was explaining the problem. I'm changing services, I'm so not happy with calling them or corporate. Seems the idiot who set up my account put a code on it. I have no idea what that is. So, I cannot access my own account!
