mobile ordered this morning @8:20am for my usual everyday drink. I pick it up @8:45ish and I notice that the flavor is a bit off. They put creamer instead of the 2% milk that I requested. I went to work, sipped on it like whatever and my stomach became so irritated. I was in and out of the bathroom every 10 minutes. I politely called a worker there and the manager isn't even there to speak to me directly! I know my drink, I drink it every single day. You don't think I would know there is something off with it? If you don't have 2% milk, they should have indicated that on the app...

We come here often. This is my favorite Starbucks place in the local area. I am very specific on how my drinks come out, and this place always seems to do the drinks the way they are supposed to taste. If they didn’t get it right the first time which is occasionally ; usually staff inside are great to remake and fix it. Love this Starbucks!

We come here often. This is my favorite Starbucks place in the local area. All customers were told to leave the place @12pm today by the employer/manager as the place was closing. I don’t know why it was closing suddenly or what the reason is but it is very unprofessional to ask someone to leave the cafe 2 min after selling me a bagel and coffee. I have to walk and eat my bagel outside on the street. There was no fire as far as I can see so real emergency that can justify it. whatever the reason was for the closing it could have been done better. Maybe letting the people who ordered food to finish ??? Nobody said anything when I paid!

I came here for a cup of coffee. They mostly sell clothing. The place is very clean but no coffee. Pluss they try to be fancy by calling themselves "T.J. Max."

The individuals that were making the coffee products were amazing and quick; however, the individual that was making the food was not only extremely slow in preparing the food, but seemed as though she was not well versed in her job assignment.. I waited 20 min for egg bites and witnessed individuals that came in the store 10 min after I placed my mobile order obtain their food. In the future I will only go here for the coffee products.

Used to like it, but not their treatment of police officers in a store out west. Also, their customer loyalty program really took a step backwards. What I used to get for 225 stars now costs me 400 stars, and to get credit for buying a bag of coffee in a grocery store you have to upload the receipt. A real pain , and for 5 stars?? Forget it. Decidedly overrated. McDonalds and 7Eleven have excellent coffee for far less.
