I've been working with Samm Sound for 30 years, from car stereos to home audio and theater systems. They have always done a spectacular job, make appropriate recommendations without trying to oversell me equipment I may not need all with professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy. After installation service has never been a problem, they come on site immediately to resolve any issue regardless of size of repair and always attempt to repair over telephone to save money for service call. Specifically, Chris and the install crew have been available at all times having given me their private cell phone numbers in the event I had problems. I'm a lifelong customer. ~Fred

Wins at Verizon Wireless (authorized retailer site) in West Caldwell was amazing! He helped me with everything and helped transition my phone properly to ensure I didn’t lose any pictures or apps. The process was seamless! I also got an iPad with a great promotion deal. He went over the charges with me so I fully understood what the costs were. Thank You Wins! WORST WALGREENS EVER!!! I was scheduled for a COVID-19 test at this location. I tried calling the pharmacy to inform them that I don’t have a car but no one answered. I met the pharmacist/technician at the drive-thru window and he said “You must have a vehicle.” I told him I don’t have one. He then said “Call a friend or an Uber.” That was the most stupid thing I have heard in a while. I’m sorry, who do you think will take a potentially infected COVID-19 individual through the drive thru???? What is the difference between waiting at the window and in the car? Absolute none! Lack of common sense. Very bad judgement. I’m highly disappointed in this Walgreens. ~Karolina

I had my exhaust replaced here because it was hundreds of dollars less than what my mechanic quoted me. However, the tailpipe is not centered in the opening in the bumper. Also, the car originally had a chrome exhaust finisher. I wasn’t even offered this as an option. Also, my sunroof was left tilted open during a thunderstorm that included hail and the interior was wet when I picked up the car. I appreciate Andy’s friendly demeanor and how quickly the car was finished (about 2 hours) but 3 stars for everything else. ~AJota

Great location, Marc the manager and Jim the supervisor are awesome. They took care of my issues Immediately. Jay the lead tech solved a ground wire problem on my van and saved me a ton of money. I never had any problems with the pharmacy . In fact they are great my doctor's call in my meds. In about 15 minutes am getting a text saying my meds are ready . Never had that fast service before at of all the CVS I had before . ~James

We come here often. This is my favorite Starbucks place in the local area. I am very specific on how my drinks come out, and this place always seems to do the drinks the way they are supposed to taste. If they didn’t get it right the first time which is occasionally ; usually staff inside are great to remake and fix it. Love this Starbucks! ~Alyssa
