Excellent service provided by the entire team on location on April 13th. There's Bev, Tay and Jencil. Enthusiastic and helpful and a pleasure to work with. What the main, corporate ATT store in the nearby Willowbrook Mall lacks in stock - these folks have it ALL. They got the cheaper phones, the got the mid range. They have the cases. They are patient and they work with you to achieve customer satisfaction. Wonderfully happy. Best wishes to Bev and her colleagues. Thank you for helping us with our new Samsung.

My phone died Monday morning. Decided to try this location (located in Pet Goods and Home Goods wing of East side of the Willowbrook Mall near the COSTCO GAS Station and STARBUCKS on rt. 23 side) ***** Beverly assisted me after helping someone else who was in dire need. Had a Samsung 21 FE in stock and got me back on my feet. While my phone was being activated - I insisted she help another person who came in. Absolutely very professional and customer service oriented!! Thank you so much Beverly for helping me! Need more people like you!!

I had a little issue with a phone purchase that was being delivered to a house in Florida - it looks like the system glitched and my order never went through. Beverly - one of the nicest, kindest, and most helpful representatives you can meet and talk to - was able to help me through my issue and make sure it was responded to in the fastest way possible. I now have my new phone, transferring from another carrier. Her help (which was very responsive and very quick) throughout the few days reassured me that I under good hands. Thanks Beverly!

5 stars! Wow- Beverly was SO beyond kind to my older parents who are very very nervous with technology. She even opened the doors a little early for us as we thought the store was already open. She was so patient with my parents and spent all of her time explaining a new phone to my again very confused older parents. My dad is extra nervous with tech and she did such a great job. It was the day after Christmas, and she even was just so kind and patient after a long drive that morning. ATT is very very lucky to have her - thank you Beverly!

Went into this location since my husband & I were at the Willowbrook Mall. I had a horrible experience at a authorized AT&T in Carlstadt & Beverly was so accommodating & fixed the problem. She saw what the associate did at the other store right away & immediately fixed it. She was extremely patient & beyond professional! AT&T as a whole need to hire more people like her.
