My husband and I went into the location in Mishawaka Indiana in December and bought a living room set and a 4 peace kitchen stoves fridge microwave and dishwasher set.. well our dishwasher didn't fit we need a smaller one... Called the store they had us send the photos of the box and everything.they told us to bring it in and so I load the dishwasher and take it in to only find out they was going to charge us more for a smaller one and to charge a restock fee of 30%..yes we blew up .. they said our was discontinued...we looked up on lg and other places to only find out it wasn't .. maybe for that store but they have our at other stores 😂 but besides they seemed like they was getting over on us ... Wrong as can be ... A waste of gas and my time ....for people to take advantage of a disabled person is wrong

The sales man ?James? Was very knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions. The manager went out his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted even though they were having supply issues he called other stores the warehouse and eventually let me buy the floor model so I could have exactly what I want. I highly recommend them!!!
