This was my first experience at your store. Kevin Johnson assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable asking all my questions, thoroughly explained everything and made sure all of my issues were resolved. I even ended up leaving with a few fun accessories that he helped me get a good deal on! I left very satisfied. I appreciate his amazing customer service and if this is the typical experience one should expect with that location I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! ~Dynamite

The customer service recieved at this t-mobile was terrible. We were told one thing by the manager who was very helpful but when we came in a few days later to start the process was met with a "come back tomorrow." When we asked why he simply stated that that was what he thought was best without hearing us out any further. Will never be coming to this t-mobile again. ~Mikayla

I literally call the store 10 minutes before they closed and told her (Ashley) I needed a new SIM card. I arrived with only a couple minutes to spare and she literally had everything ready, I only had to verify my id and I was out the door. My quick and convenient neighborhood mart where I can get all my essentials including a take and bake Pizza from Luigi’s. The staff is so nice! Especially the cutie who works in the AM a guaranteed smile to start my day. ~Worth

No management around, an employee got hurt and another customer and I could not find a manager. Absolutely ridiculous. I was able to tell an employee and she just looked at me and at him and walked about. ~Bridgette

Great selection. One of the few places that keeps portable dishwashers in stock without special order. Go in and talk to a salesperson rather than ordering online. We were able to get wholesale pricing because we got a warranty plan, saving over $100. ~Kelly
