The human receptionist has been replaced by a computer, which doesn’t mean good customer service. It can check you in, but don’t try to get the lab results sent to another physician (unusual request, right), it can’t help you and neither can the phlebotomist. ~Champ

waited over an hour for a drug screening. staff was rude. wont be coming back if given the choice. beacon has gone so downhill recently. terrible complaints from everyone i know about beacon. 0/5 ~sarah

It's a good game store to hit. You can usually get good prices on items but the only drawback to that is good/rare stuff doesn't generally last very long. They also have funko pops and some other toys. ~Rez
