Came in with a Toyota Corolla 1999, in need of a new binding for muffler as the previous one broke due to age. Team was professional and efficient, ordered the part and kept me updated throughout the entire process. We were visiting in Asheville NC when our car would jot start. AAA diagnosed a dead cell in the battery. Our car’s battery is not easily changed but the Meineke staff did not hesitate and explained the service required and the parts required. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient mechanic. He replaced a flex pipe on my 2001 VW Passat in a couple of hours and reset the car's computer as the first step toward getting it past inspection. I was happy to pay the reasonable price to have this old but largely reliable car to drive for another year. The mechanic also urged me to call back if the engine light came back on and I needed more help. I recommend this West Caldwell NJ Meinkeke. Solid.

Andy was quick to promote his business when i was there to pick up my friend who was having his car seeviced. He said if i ever needed to bring my car in, he would be happy to help. I had my exhaust replaced here because it was hundreds of dollars less than what my mechanic quoted me. However, the tailpipe is not centered in the opening in the bumper. Also, the car originally had a chrome exhaust finisher. I wasn’t even offered this as an option. Also, my sunroof was left tilted open during a thunderstorm that included hail and the interior was wet when I picked up the car. I appreciate Andy’s friendly demeanor and how quickly the car was finished (about 2 hours) but 3 stars for everything else.
