Best auto repair shop in West Caldwell, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I had my exhaust replaced here because it was hundreds of dollars less than what my mechanic quoted me. However, the tailpipe is not centered in the opening in the bumper. Also, the car originally had a chrome exhaust finisher. I wasn’t even offered this as an option. Also, my sunroof was left tilted open during a thunderstorm that included hail and the interior was wet when I picked up the car. I appreciate Andy’s friendly demeanor and how quickly the car was finished (about 2 hours) but 3 stars for everything else. ~AJota
