Service level at the pharmacy is too slow, especially the drive-thru. If Walgreens can’t handle drive-thru volume, close it. Expecting people to sit for 25 to grab a prescription is not ok for me.

WORST WALGREENS EVER!!! I was scheduled for a COVID-19 test at this location. I tried calling the pharmacy to inform them that I don’t have a car but no one answered. I met the pharmacist/technician at the drive-thru window and he said “You must have a vehicle.” I told him I don’t have one. He then said “Call a friend or an Uber.” That was the most stupid thing I have heard in a while. I’m sorry, who do you think will take a potentially infected COVID-19 individual through the drive thru???? What is the difference between waiting at the window and in the car? Absolute none! Lack of common sense. Very bad judgement. I’m highly disappointed in this Walgreens.

Walgreens West Caldwell New Jersey one star review. I went in this morning and purchased a deodorant shaving cream and razor blades and was told if I do not hit the no thank you for the donate button I will not be able to leave the store with the products that I tried to purchase. Has anyone ever experienced this and by the way this was the assistant manager of the West Caldwell Walgreens on Passaic avenue? Spoke with the actual manager who agreed with me It should be up to the clerk to clear it out for no thank you and customers should not be held responsible for hitting that button. In the day and age we live in is it fair to not be able to go in and buy some simple products without having to be subjected to complying with their request of hitting a no thank you button. I could have gone to CVS I could have gone to rite aid but Walgreens is my choice unfortunately now it will not be. Called the customer service number someone You should be calling me back today. We have to stand up for what we believe in I should not be having solicitations thrown at me when I'm going into Walgreens it's ridiculous.

Convenient, but that’s about it. Consistently 30% more expensive than Target. For example: Tylenol is about $12 here, $9 at Target. Go elsewhere unless the convenience of the location is worth paying a few bucks more on pretty much everything (even snacks).

I went to this pharmacy for a prescription to help with my daughters seizures. This pharmacy told me to wait 20 minutes in 2 different occasions and on the third time they told me I can go home and they will text me when they have it ready. I went home waited about 11/2 hour and finally decided to just drive back there since it was way over the time estimated. After waiting another 20 minutes they realized they did not have the the cream needed. I was told they are in “Back order” because a customer purchased all there stock last week. I was offered no resolution and the gentleman that was assisting which seemed to be the one in charge lacked empathy. He told me there isn’t a pharmacy witching 45 minutes that would have the prescription. I drove right to cvs down the street and they were able to provide me with what I needed. This hole interaction was horribly miss managed and the lack of communication from the pharmacy was unacceptable. We just spent 5 days in the hospital because of my daughters seizure to be treated so poorly.

My hubby had a great experience here for his COVID shot. Very efficient working attitude. They had the form pre-filled for you and very professional. Walk-in and out within 20 mins (including the 15 mins after-shot wait time). Highly recommended!

Walgreens and certain insurance companies should be ashamed of themselves. Walgreens will not deliver a prescription that is all ready at their pharmacy because if the insurance company offers prescriptions by mail they say they can’t deliver. Even for a senior citizen. I will be switching to CVS when this over. They deliver any prescription the fill during this pandemic to accommodate their customers.

Great experience at the photo shop. The manager, Singh went out of his way to help me with my special custom sized pictures for my passport. While waiting for the pictures noticed other employees around the area show good customer service skills Keep up the good work. Need more associates like them
