Manish took the time to answer any of our questions. He was able to balance more than one customer at a time without making anyone feel like they were being ignored. While it always takes too long to get a new phone, Manish made the process as easy as possible.

Bad experience Be very careful dealing with this store. They add hidden charges that I found out a month later and they love to over sell padding the Verizon bill. They charged me $17 for phone protection when I specific did not ask or wanted it. Manager is never around to resolve any issues and when I got him, he said he would resolve it but did not
