I walk into the store on south broad street at about 6.00pm. . Wait 15-20 minutes behind another customer. Another persons walks in behind me. Another person walks in. In about 5 minutes the last person to enter the store is talking to a person at the other end of the store is putting him in cue. Not once did the person putting people in cue ask who is next. Was that so hard to do? Is everyone who enters this store suppose to know you new to register ? At this point I am told about 45 minutes after the last person who walked in. So I left . What a total waste of time and effort. and no organization. I will say the person I was working with a few hours early was 100% top notch.

Marilyn is awesome, but for the rest of them that are at the store i give it a one star. I was trying to get my son his own plan and keep his number, the guy said that it was not possible. Was getting annoyed with him so we went ahead and did it his way my son got a new number. The guy did not help set the phone up, did not do any test calls nothing. Got home and the phone was not working, sat on support for 2-3 hours and we got horrible support. Went to the T-Mobile in North haven and the rep there was amazing. It turns out that the guy had gave an E-Sim, then when i ask him if i could transfer my sons old number he said that it was absolutely possible. I will be going to the one in North Haven from now on.

There’s 4 staff and I have been waiting for Over an hour. Third time in this location I had to wait a long period of time. It’s unbelievable .This will be the last time I’ll ever come to this location.

Don't ever go to this store. The first time I went I sat there for 20 minutes and no one spoke to me and the second time I stood there for 30 minutes after someone actually put me on the queue and then they ignored me and spoke to the next person who came in after me.

Joclyn and Jerry were AMAZING! We did not realize the store was closing at 7:00 p.m. and we arrived at 6:57. Instead of showing us out. they welcomed us in, sold us our new phone, helped us upload the contacts and history, and were friendly and pleasant throughout! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and to do it when they were about to close is just the best of customer service. Great job!

I have been around a long time and I don't think I have ever experienced such above and beyond customer service as I did with Luis. We had a lot of snafus involving passwords and pin numbers that we did not bring with us and had to return 3 times to get everything straightened out. Luis was always patient, cooperative, understanding, friendly, helpful, and never once did he show frustration. He went way out of his way to ensure that we got the biggest bang for our buck. He researched all the different offers available. All these things took a lot of time and never once did we feel like it was too much time. We ended up with an incredible deal with his help and we walked out of the store feeling like we hit the jack pot. One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had!

I would highly recommend this specific T-Mobile location to anyone who has T-Mobile or is thinking of switching to T-Mobile!
