This gas station is well lit at night which makes it a lot safer. There's a Hispanic woman with short black curly hair that is the sweetest woman in the world. I usually choose this gas station even if others are closer to me. ~Jonalyn

Stopped in to get lottery tickets, don't usually stop in here but I open the door and proceed to fall into the store and landed on the floor I get up before the guy comes around the counter he says are you ok, I say yes i think so but that entry way is very dangerous. He says that is why he has a sign on the door watch your step well maybe if all those ads signs weren't all around it you would notice that important sign better but maybe get that fixed before someone really gets hurt 🤔 I will not shop here again and others be very careful upon entering! ~Ilona

It says they are open till11pm but I guess it means at 10:50pm they actually close so just a heads out to everyone they close 10mins early!! This is just a heads up wanted to get gas with cash so I had to drive to the shell maybe my fault just thought they would still be open but the employee told me to screw off. ~dominic

Good prices for oil change, they only offer extra services that actually matter (like if I've got a brake light out) and the cost for those extras is reasonable and they're up-front about it, they're always super quick. Definitely recommend. ~Greg

I never leave a car wash feeling great. But going to Elite for the first time I have to go and get the other car immediately to get it wash too. The service is that great there is no other car wash that I know of that opens your car doors to wipe the lining of your car after a car wash give them a try. ~Two

I walk into the store on south broad street at about 6.00pm. . Wait 15-20 minutes behind another customer. Another persons walks in behind me. Another person walks in. In about 5 minutes the last person to enter the store is talking to a person at the other end of the store is putting him in cue. Not once did the person putting people in cue ask who is next. Was that so hard to do? Is everyone who enters this store suppose to know you new to register ? At this point I am told about 45 minutes after the last person who walked in. So I left . What a total waste of time and effort. and no organization. I will say the person I was working with a few hours early was 100% top notch. ~Ronald

I would have given this a 5 star rating before yesterday. While usually the staff is very nice and helpful, I had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience yesterday. The man working 2nd shift overcharged me $4 which I had already paid for in cash, and when I asked for a receipt and proved I was over charged he refused to give me my cash back claiming it's "too difficult"!! I've worked in gas stations before and it doesnt take a scientist to do a refund. He insisted I take a product that was worth the cash that I DIDN'T EVEN WANT... SO disappointed in this store and they definitely have lost my business. Which is there loss since I typically spend over $200 a week there. Ill be going to Valeros located across the street from now on. ~Victoria
