Best cell phone store in Meriden, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I walk into the store on south broad street at about 6.00pm. . Wait 15-20 minutes behind another customer. Another persons walks in behind me. Another person walks in. In about 5 minutes the last person to enter the store is talking to a person at the other end of the store is putting him in cue. Not once did the person putting people in cue ask who is next. Was that so hard to do? Is everyone who enters this store suppose to know you new to register ? At this point I am told about 45 minutes after the last person who walked in. So I left . What a total waste of time and effort. and no organization. I will say the person I was working with a few hours early was 100% top notch. ~Ronald

Hailey was very patient and kind. We had sim issues, she stayed an hour past the store closing time to make sure we are taken care of. She has an exceptional knowledge and she was efficient as well! ~Jenny
