It has been more than once that we go return Amazon Packages and they try to find the reason not to mail them out. I went yesterday. Package on it’s original box and I taped by 5 inches. While holding the clear tape, the lady working there told me I had to pay for a packaging fee. So , I went and bought some at a Target . She was so unpleasant. I m trying to avoid returns at UPS all together. Kohls makes it so simple and Ups makes you not want to buy anything on Amazon anymore! Maybe that young lady needs some customer service training.

UPDATED REVIEW: First, I want to thank the owner for responding in such a professional way. The owner's response to my initial review was honest and he in fact did take care of the issue and terminated the associate who did what I described below. I did give his store another chance and the service was exponentially better. Thank you to the owner for taking care of this issue and being responsive to customer concerns. Thank you for hiring new employees who are excellent. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The absolute worst shipping experience of my life. Went in and given the disorganization of the store and disregard of employees, asked to please package my item myself. Paid $20 for shipping, $3.28 for nondescript “shipping materials” $5.82 for a box. Employees refused to allow me to package my item with the material I bought and one employee began screaming at me in a very unprofessional and uncalled for manner. When I asked for my item back, because I didn’t feel comfortable sending it from the store, she began screaming more. It was almost as if she was emboldened and was able to do this before without consequence. Will not return to this store until I can determine the employee has been sanctioned for her behavior. And as I see the owner denies every complaint, I want to preemptively caution him. Everything I said is factual and can be corroborated by employee 159123. Ask him how the other employee started brazenly screaming, when she wasn’t even handling the transaction. I hope you audio/video record inside you’re store so you can see for yourself. If not, you should, so there will be an objective record. PREVIOUS UDPATE: I spoke to staff at UPS at Stonebridge and they knew exactly who had yelled at me for no reason. Apparently she has a reputation of being "crazy" and "wild" with customers. Hopefully the management takes action before she escalates further.

This location is one of the BEST locations I’ve been to in awhile. There was a nice little line inside the store with the Amazon driver dropping off packages and the young lady, Ms. Taija Perry was efficiently taking care of each customer and multitasking with the other incoming companies. Customer service was A1. Ms. Perry knows customers by face. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been here several times and generally never have to wait. That's what the one star is for. Several other times they've incorrectly charged for shipping. The first time, we had a prepaid shipping label and simply put products in a UPS Express box. They "mistakenly" charged for the box and I had to speak with management who refunded the sale. Most recently, they charged me for an Amazon return. We returned 2 items, one of which they said needed its own box/packaging - hence the charge. Well if I returned 2 items in one box, and only one item needed its own packaging, then I shouldn't have been charged for additional packaging. Amazon agreed and kindly refunded me after showing the receipt and return instructions. As I stated, this has happened one too many times at this location. I don't know of it's incompetence or simply trying to get over on a customer. I frequent UPS as a regular shipper for business needs etc but I will not be returning to this UPS location.

Lesley is AMAZING! She is incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about her customers. We were printing pictures for our son’s project, and she made my day with her high level of customer service. Lesley is prompt, knowledgeable, and all around kind. These days, I never come across people like Lesley in customer service/retail positions. She genuinely appears to enjoy her job and helping people. We will continue to only go to this UPS Store location because of Lesley. She is great, and her efforts deserve recognition!

First time visiting. Went on a Sunday afternoon. I was in and out in less than a minute. Good customer service. This location also has other stores around and eateries as well. I recommend this location.

I came to this store for fingerprinting. According to the printscan website, an expert trained in fingerprinting would be there to assist me. When I got there they showed me where the machine was, entered their signature information, and walked away. It’s not exactly the sort of thing you can easily do on your own, especially if you need your fingerprints not to be rejected by a government agency. I paid an arm and a leg for the fingerprint cards then had to pay for separate shipping which was an exorbitant amount. By the time the prints finally came in the mail, I had already gone to the sheriff’s office and had an actual trained pro help me and mailed them. I didn’t want to take my chances with the overpriced set. DO NOT come to this location for fingerprint services.

The lines are short, and Ive never had to wait and if so they move quickly. I mostly go for Amazon returns. The store is clean and neat and the staff wear their masks. They also offer tons of other services like printing, P.O boxes, shredding, copying, supplies, and online Testing.
