A very different gym experience! I’ve been a member since the end of March and I can tell you that it’s nothing like the big, chain gyms! Positive and encouraging coaches! Nice facility and equipment! I was very intimidated when I first began the CrossFit-style workouts but even the other, more experienced members are encouraging and helpful! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Great gym. I’ve been going to the 6am class for 4 years and the breakfast club is the best! Coach-lead classes, great workouts, no-pressure environment. Builds strength and endurance. For me, it’s perfect.

The public SHAMING of people that had weight loss surgery is disgusting and extremely disturbing especially for a health entity such as yourself. Im appalled that you guys would take such a stance and will never recommend such a low class place to friends and family

This isn't an ordinary gym or box. It's a family. A group of folks of many different ability levels all committed to better health cheering each other on. It's life changing and life saving!
