Went to Visionworks at Centennial Center (Parker @ Arapahoe) to get help with glasses that were purchased at another Visionworks about a month ago. The technician (Jeremy) who waited on us was very unhelpful and rude. He offered no assistance with the problem that we presented with. He sat across from us and just looked at us at times without responding to our comments, and just stated he didnt understand what we were talking about. I asked if he had any recommendations and he just looked at us. Eventually we just got up and proceeded to leave. I said "Wow, no help, no recommendations, nothing." Then the technician responded and tried to give recommendations as we were literally one foot out the door... sounding like it was a bother for him. Too late! Will not be returning to this Visionworks again.

This is by far the best optometrist I've been too. If your in the Centennial area, I highly recommend this Visionworks. Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and answered any and all my questions. They have a great selection of glasses/sunglasses at compatible prices.

Best experience from start to finish I have ever had. Even while writing this review I am tearing up at how amazing it feels to see clearly and confidentiality. Dr.Bralin is spectacular along with Jeremy and all the associates. I'll never go anywhere else!!!

Everyone but the doctor and the new employee has terrible customer service skills. My family and I have been seen by this team since February. They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire time. I have had to go back several times because my contact prescription was incorrect even though they insisted it was correct. I called another company who I buy my contact lenses from and they assured me it was the wrong prescription. The worst part is the last time I was in their office to fix my prescription after I left(still with a prescription that was incorrect) my brother walked in immediately after I left and found that the staff was speaking poorly about me. This needs to be addressed because even if it had not gotten back to me that the staff was speaking poorly about me, this is not behavior that should have occurred in the first place. Your job isn’t to talk poorly about your customers it’s to listen to them which is something they refuse to do here. They were also extremely rude to their new employee in front of customer. Which should also be addressed by the owner this is not how you retain good employees like the trainee was trying to be(the person being trained was kind and super helpful). Unprofessional all around. Go somewhere else if you want to be respected as a patient. I hope the new employee has already found another job that will value them.

429/22-When our appointments got set up over the phone they said we were all good with our insurance. Then when we got there today the guy at the counter said nothing was set up and that he had never even heard of it and that we were confusing medical insurance with vision. FEDVIP, is the federal vision insurance and the staff at this location doesn't have the training they need to do their job. It was all around a horrible experience. If you want to go somewhere for glasses or exams do not go to this location. Make the drive to the one in Littleton where their staff at least has training. Also negative 2 stars for customer service at this location.

This was four to five months back, Dr. Jessica Bailen was awesome, I was very nervous about going to get my eyes examined to renew my drivers license when it came time, but she was very sweet, and careful to try to explain everything to me, she prescribed my first pair of glasses which has been an adjustment, but now can definitely see the improvement in my vision. The reason for the four stars instead of five was Jeremy’s customer service skills, gave me the impression he didn’t really care for being there.

I made an appointment online but never received any confirmation. When I called the store to confirm my appointment, the girl on the phone was very short and seemed annoyed that I was calling, but she confirmed the appointment. On the day of my appointment, I was running a few minutes late (most likely would have been 5 minutes late) and called the store out of courtesy to let them know. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and told me that they would have to reschedule my appointment because I would be late. I understand that they have a schedule to keep, but you're turning people away over 5 minutes? I told him to just cancel my appointment then. I've had some okay experiences with Visionworks, but I've had numerous bad ones as well. Getting turned away over 5 minutes is the last bad experience for me. I will not be returning to Visionworks again.

These guys are amazing! I had never done any business with them and I just walked in and asked if they could fix the frames on my glasses and they said “have a seat, let’s see what we can do” and they didn’t even charge me to fix my bent frames! Companies like this will always get my business because they serve people that aren’t even their customers yet. I will for sure be referring them to my friends and family. Thank you Jeremy for taking care of me today

The people were friendly enough but horrible service. My prescription is completely wrong and they will not fix it without charging me again. I can't even read my phone with the contacts they gave me. They said I waited too long since my prescription BUT when given the trial pair they didn't have the correct prescription so she told me I wouldn't be able to see correctly until the others came in. When the new ones came in I was told to give my eyes time to adjust. Finally got fed-up with not being able to see and was told that they base the time you have off when they give you the prescription - even though they didn't give me the correct lenses and I had to wait for the correct ones to come in. I've worn contacts for 30 years and my doctors have ALWAYS made sure I had the correct prescription with charging extra. Will be going to a new eye doctor and eating the cost rather than dealing with this office again.
