There is no sign on the building for Quest nor address so we couldn’t find it. We tried calling but phones are totally automated. So we missed our appointment and could only reschedule on their website

Booked an appointment for my son and I at this location using one phone number. Arriving for his appointment at 8:30, Diane was rude immediately stating my son didn't have an appointment. I proved to her that we did by showing her my text message and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't because on her end it didn't show. She unhappily said she'd try to fit him in after I pointed out that he had fastedbfor this appointment and that making him wait f the next available appointment would be kinda cruel as it wasn't available til afternoon. Then she couldn't input the proper data into the computer. I made her suggestions and she did not like that because she was on a horrible power trip and had too much pride to even listen to what I suggested, I wasn't rude or aggressive, but she was! To the point she even told me to cancel MY appointment and go elsewhere. This phlebotomist was off of her rocker. I quickly made appointments at another Quest Diagnostics where they handled everything easily. And guess what!? They were able to input my son's proper data into the computer! No questions asked! If you wanna waste your time, go to Diane's one man show at 7373 E Arapahoe Rd, but if you want things done efficiently go to 601 E Hampden Ave where they have positive and professional attitudes with the know- how. As a health care worker myself, I would NEVER treat a patient with such disrespect.

great staff. super professional and transparent about their policies. as recommended, I made an appointment first but then dropped by on a Thursday morning as they opened and was able to squeeze in no problem. it's a lil hard to call and talk to a person but honestly they have one of the best automated systems I've used in awhile. I didn't have to repeat a single thing!

Their billing goes Green to move everyone to online billing but they don't notify anyone that is the case. Their online billing looks the same as many scammers out there. When I asked to give this feedback Their billing department hung up on me

If it says "mask mandatory", then wear masks properly, and make the clients were masks, which are anyway ready to be used, being placed on the desktop right next to sign-up screen. OR, tell your bosses to remove the sign saying that masks are mandatory. One or the other, not both. Do not make your clients having to enforce your own mandatory requirement. Also, too crowded as soon as there is more than one client inside. Not good.

It would be nice to know there is a cut off time for pre-employment DRUG SCREENS!!!! Such a waste of time. Think maybe you want to put that bit of info on your website!!!? Hey folks, don’t go to this place after 3 for a drug screen. So inconsiderate of people’s time

Until my issue is resolved the 1 star will be here 🙂. Did a drug test one week ago on a friday, for a new job. They said the results will be ready between 24-48 hours... One week later after many calls nobody knows anything, it was not sent correctly to the Lab, and nobody cannot help me... and because of them i cannot start my new Job. Thank you very much Quest Diagnostics for wasting my time and money...

Only one person on staff from 7 to 8 which I think is a bad executive decision since it is likely that people are going in early because they need to get to work. It is the one time they should be able to move quickly. Hopefully someday they will rethink this. The lady on staff was as nice as can be. But it still took 40 minutes to be seeing even though there was only two people with before me.

The young woman that drew my blood was extremely accommodating and skilled. I have issues with getting light headed and very small, hard to find veins. She was an expert and made me feel secure. She went out of her way to ensure I didn't get light headed and was very professional. I also didn't have to wait at all.
