Everyone but the doctor and the new employee has terrible customer service skills. My family and I have been seen by this team since February. They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire time. I have had to go back several times because my contact prescription was incorrect even though they insisted it was correct. I called another company who I buy my contact lenses from and they assured me it was the wrong prescription. The worst part is the last time I was in their office to fix my prescription after I left(still with a prescription that was incorrect) my brother walked in immediately after I left and found that the staff was speaking poorly about me. This needs to be addressed because even if it had not gotten back to me that the staff was speaking poorly about me, this is not behavior that should have occurred in the first place. Your job isn’t to talk poorly about your customers it’s to listen to them which is something they refuse to do here. They were also extremely rude to their new employee in front of customer. Which should also be addressed by the owner this is not how you retain good employees like the trainee was trying to be(the person being trained was kind and super helpful). Unprofessional all around. Go somewhere else if you want to be respected as a patient. I hope the new employee has already found another job that will value them. ~Jessica
