Just moved here from Atlanta and I thought it would be hard to find a nail shop that does my nail exactly how I like .. boy was I wrong wasn’t hard at all. Customer service was wonderful Kim did my nails perfectly with the shape I like and the exact stones I like. My pedicure was also amazing she took her time. The foot massage was absolutely amazing. So glad I hv found my new nail shop home!!! I love Colorado!!! ~The
Quest Diagnostics Inside Centennial Safeway Store
great staff. super professional and transparent about their policies. as recommended, I made an appointment first but then dropped by on a Thursday morning as they opened and was able to squeeze in no problem. it's a lil hard to call and talk to a person but honestly they have one of the best automated systems I've used in awhile. I didn't have to repeat a single thing! ~stella

I am from out of town and all I had was a $100.00 bill. The amazing gentleman, Robin, who was at the window told me he did not have enough change. That was the only money I had on me. He then said that since I was polite, that the order was "on him" and he paid for my order. Even though it was only $21.85, his kindness is something that the world needs more of. I'm beyond humbled by his generosity and I hope that it does not go unnoticed but those above him. Thank you Robin!!! ~Shane

Offered good materials, like new, and lady at the door said no way.....took them over to ARC and they were glad to see materials that were not "junk", and asked me to bring more, and I did.......Goodwill is not such Goodwill !! Their loss ~John

Terrible, canceled my membership and they have charged me over $80 in dues. I either get the money back or I’m referring friends to anywhere but GNC and boycotting. How many more times than twice do I need to cancel your garbage membership ~Peyton

I can honestly say this is probably the best advance Auto parts store I've ever been to my car broke down I need help with the pump belt. We didn't ask one of the gentlemen in there if they could have possibly you know assist me for a second and without even thinking twice one of the gentlemen jumped out there helped me get it on got me back on the road safe. Guy went above and beyond his duty and make sure a customer got taken care of for that I will be a lifetime customer of advance Auto only in centennial... ~Matt

Everyone but the doctor and the new employee has terrible customer service skills. My family and I have been seen by this team since February. They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful the entire time. I have had to go back several times because my contact prescription was incorrect even though they insisted it was correct. I called another company who I buy my contact lenses from and they assured me it was the wrong prescription. The worst part is the last time I was in their office to fix my prescription after I left(still with a prescription that was incorrect) my brother walked in immediately after I left and found that the staff was speaking poorly about me. This needs to be addressed because even if it had not gotten back to me that the staff was speaking poorly about me, this is not behavior that should have occurred in the first place. Your job isn’t to talk poorly about your customers it’s to listen to them which is something they refuse to do here. They were also extremely rude to their new employee in front of customer. Which should also be addressed by the owner this is not how you retain good employees like the trainee was trying to be(the person being trained was kind and super helpful). Unprofessional all around. Go somewhere else if you want to be respected as a patient. I hope the new employee has already found another job that will value them. ~Jessica

Lady at check in was so sweet, I was able to obtain same day appointment within 2 hours of booking online ... I was late 10 minutes, my fault and they still efficiently and promptly got me checked in and handled... Very respectful and thorough. Thank YOU both! ~Andrea
