My insurance rented the car for me while my vehicle was in the shop. During pick up the representative took a deposit and explicitly asked if everything would be covered by my insurance and I that the deposit would be return upon the return of the vehicle. When I returned the car I was surprised that the car they rented to me was above my daily policy limit and that I have to pay the difference. I was informed that I signed the contract ( during walk around step the representative was checking for scratches and dents and asked me if I want to buy insurance or not, etc. At the end he gave me the tablet and asked me to sign the contract saying that it basically covers everything that he just told me). I understand that was in the contract that I signed but since I was assured by the rep that it is 100% covered by the insurance, I didn’t expect enterprise to follow such unethical behavior. During the return when I told that representative she said that the contract is signed and that means you owe money. She was alone at the shop and she call manager, and informed me that the manger said the same. I asked to speak with her but the manger told her that she doesn’t have time and that she would call me back. No ones call me back. It is not even money, but more about integrity and the core values of the business and the way you are treated as a customer that disappoints me. So after my business interaction With Enterprise, I have been left with the feeling that remains me something between slight plaque on your teeth after morning coffee and a jet lag after long international flight. ~Vlad

This place is the best! All of the employees are so nice and helpful. The convenience store is always bright and clean. They have excellent gas pumps. The car wash always leaves my car spotless. And they also just opened a liquor store at this location. Thanks for everything Cliff! ~Steve

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I am so disgusted by how this place treats animals. I set an appointment for my puppy for a problem that was urgent, only to have to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes and be told to leave because my dog was being…. Wait for it, a DOG. my puppy will bark at other dogs when they bark at him and since he’s a large breed and has a louder bark we were told to leave because he’s being aggressive??? The other dogs that were barking however were fine? On top of this, the person who came out to ask us to leave looked at my puppy and said they don’t like to wait for treatment with cases like these, immediately after saying we’d have to reschedule for Monday and when I came back to resolve the problem it turned into Thursday. disgusted by how horrible people can be to an animal in need just because they are afraid of his breed. I was told I could bring him back sedated? Because he barks? Horrible. And when the next place we went to called to get my pups records, they tried to dissuade them from treating him saying he was lunging and being rude. Maybe people who are passionate about helping animals should be working vet jobs and not people who are lazy and don’t want to deal with the excitement of a one year old puppy . All in all if I could give this place a 0 star review I would. No thanks to this place my pup is getting better. A much better bet to go to is bear valley animal hospital! Low cost and fast check in there, and they understand that a dog will be a dog 🙌🏼 ~Avery

Liked 2 of the three vets my dog saw. However, they are.pretty expensive. For an office visit and clipping nails the bill was almost $80.00. The vet my dog saw did look at a spot on my dog's eye, in corner. Said I should make appointment for teeth cleaning g and at.that time would remove spot in corner of eye while the had him anesthesatised. ~Barbara

While the units themselves are nothing too crazy, the customer service I experienced was truly phenomenal. Lemuel is an absolute king of hospitality, and makes every time I go by the unit an enjoyable experience. He works hard to keep the property and the units in good condition, and he shows a lot of ambition towards improving the space even further. I'd give 6 stars if I could. ~Caleb
