My insurance rented the car for me while my vehicle was in the shop. During pick up the representative took a deposit and explicitly asked if everything would be covered by my insurance and I that the deposit would be return upon the return of the vehicle. When I returned the car I was surprised that the car they rented to me was above my daily policy limit and that I have to pay the difference. I was informed that I signed the contract ( during walk around step the representative was checking for scratches and dents and asked me if I want to buy insurance or not, etc. At the end he gave me the tablet and asked me to sign the contract saying that it basically covers everything that he just told me). I understand that was in the contract that I signed but since I was assured by the rep that it is 100% covered by the insurance, I didn’t expect enterprise to follow such unethical behavior. During the return when I told that representative she said that the contract is signed and that means you owe money. She was alone at the shop and she call manager, and informed me that the manger said the same. I asked to speak with her but the manger told her that she doesn’t have time and that she would call me back. No ones call me back. It is not even money, but more about integrity and the core values of the business and the way you are treated as a customer that disappoints me. So after my business interaction With Enterprise, I have been left with the feeling that remains me something between slight plaque on your teeth after morning coffee and a jet lag after long international flight.

They gave us a car with cigarette damage and did not disclose the damage until I smelled it and asked about smoking in the car. We were given a different vehicle and that vehicle Had 10% life on its oil. I’m 900 miles from Denver and their solutions have not worked. The car is not repaired. Enterprise and this specific location haven’t solved the issue. We’ve tried six or seven people and solutions now. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I will be talking about it everywhere until someone fixes this unacceptable incompetence in a rental experience. I’m driving it 900 miles home and I will have put over 2000 miles on their 10% oil life care. Hope it makes it back to y’all since this is your fault and I cannot fix it with your extreme lack of customer support.

Charged my credit card for insurance I rejected multiple times and they told me they should not have charged me for. 6 calls later over 3 weeks and they still have not fixed the charge.

Long story behind my experience ! But the branch manager Emily is not a very polite person, if you don't look up to her standards you won't be able to rent a car or she will give you options that will not work out for you on purpse 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I called 2 days prior to let them know my preference of vehicle and the woman on the phone changed it. When I go to pick up a mini SUV or Mini Van they all the sudden can't rent me one. I was judged point blank period and they lost a customer but I doubt she cares because I don't look professional enough to rent a car from there.

I had the worst experience with Enterprise 2- dead beet rentals in 2 days; they do a poor job at inspecting their vehicles before renting them out!

I'm appalled at the lack of help this location is willing to provide. I received a vehicle with horrible brakes and tires. I've been dealing with corporate for almost a week now. They have promised 3 days in a row to have someone contact me. No one has contacted me. They have also promised to involve the regional manager who was also supposed to call me. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS CALLED. Upon bringing this issue up to this location I was hung up on. Everyone blames this on a car shortage.

This is a zero star rating, actually. Just checked that this car rental agency charged me an amount of $232,61 without informing why. I needed to get a rental only because someone hit the rear end of my actual car and was fixing. Please, contact me and I will remove the post. Edit [1] - 11/22 still haven't got reimbursed. They still keep a deposit of $50,00, also.

Had a 10 a.m. pickup on a weekday at this non-airport location in Centennial. They called at 8:30 to verify I'd be picking the car up and still needed it and let me know that one would be ready and they'd see me then. I said I would be there shortly after 10 and when I arrived around 10:30 there was no car available and they told me I'd need to wait 45 minutes-hour or I could upgrade at a $20 per day cost! Either upgrade me at no cost please, like every other rental car place I've ever been to when the type of car you request is not available, or very simply don't tell me you'll have a car ready when I get there. Other than that, staff was nice enough, albeit a bit slow.

The staff was very helpful and flexible. They picked my wife and I up from the mechanic shop and took us to their offices. They helped us get a car despite a mix up on my end. Even offered us water while we waited for them to clean and fill up the car. Great people!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! STAY AVAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Booked a car for pickup at 8:30. Alex asked me information that was non of her business regarding my trip. I’ve booked a Ford Edge, I was offered a Subaru outback! That’s not even the same size! Agreed to step down and get a full size Camry. I was told 10 minutes and It will be ready. At 9:50 I have not seen the car yet, it was nowhere, but we ware told, they have computer problems and have to re-enter everything manually on paper. Took a picture of the line waiting to re-book the reservations. I had a 14 hour drive ahead and had to be there on time. Thank you ENTERPRISE for NOT making it happen! Ended up walking off from this place and getting a car at somewhere else. I will not come back here NEVER EVER AGAIN!
