Go anywhere but here. I have COVID and was refused service, for being late. I was 11 min late & I called on my way in, to see if I could still keep my appointment. The phone rang 20 times before I hung up. After reading the reviews below, it's probably best that I didn't get seen here.

Lady at check in was so sweet, I was able to obtain same day appointment within 2 hours of booking online ... I was late 10 minutes, my fault and they still efficiently and promptly got me checked in and handled... Very respectful and thorough. Thank YOU both!

Bad attitudes and rude staff. Two of us needed physicals. We had been previously told that if we went right when they opened they would work us in and no appointment was needed. I was shamed for not having an appointment, and they were rude when I asked for masks because I left mine in the car. They allowed someone to go in front of me for a walk in spot even though I was there first. They wouldn’t give masks to my two little girls because they were not “paying customers”. I really hope they don’t get Covid, though I did eventually find a couple old used masks for them! Finally we just left. There is no reason for any human being to treat another so rudely and angrily. Will post new review if I have a better experience next time ( I have to go back). Edit: After going on a Sunday and seeing Kayla and Megan, who were beyond fabulous, I’m upgrading them to four stars (knocking one off for the weekday crew). Make sure you are seeing Kayla and you should be good! Pleasant experience!

Took the family in for flu shots first week of December 2021 and my wife's arm still hurts first week of Jan 2022. Been there for flu shots before with no issues but man a bad needle stick really hangs with you. The doctor did all 3 of us at once and stuck my wife way up on her shoulder. She's worried she has a long term issue from it. She tried calling to ask why she is still in pain and of course nobody answers. So we put in a call to our general practitioner. A flu shot shouldn't leave you in pain for a month. So you know this is one bad experience out of maybe a half dozen times going there, but we won't be going there for flu shots anymore.

I’m not the person who usually gives one star reviews but honestly I will when it comes to health care and saving other patients to be seen here. This place was a waste of my time and money. I came in for a rapid covid test along with a strep test. Both test results were less than 4 minutes which I’ve never had test results that quick. Usually 15min for a strep test and a rapid covid test takes 15-20min. It felt rushed. She stated that both test came out negative and it was a cold and she prescribed me some over the counter Flonase. Long story, short I’m at a different doctor today and she felt my tonsils and looked inside and could defiantly see the swelling and why I’m feeling the way I do. Finally a doctor that cares! Just like most people you can tell if your body is fighting a cold/allergy thing VS being sick. My body knows and I’m glad I went for a second opinion. Like I mentioned above I’m not one who just gives poor reviews. I called up to the little clinic this morning and explained my concerns and she asked if I was filling a complaint and if so call this number? I said no I’ll submit my complaint on google. Cheers for never going back!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. We choose this place for a rapid covid test and were treated with such poor manners and very little understanding. To already not feel well and be treated with such disgusting is really sad. For a practice aimed at helping the ill, this was a really disheartening display. Chose a different clinic, you won't get anything but rude and dispassionate service.

These wonderful people are truly phenomenal. People complain about the wait times but you can see how long the wait is online, you can sign yourself up to be in line so you don’t have to wait inside and you can also schedule appointments. I choose them over my primary care when I’m not feeling well. Erin Daniels is so sweet and you can tell she really cares! I cannot remember the name of the woman who answered the phone this week but she was awesome! She made me laugh and made me feel really comfortable going through COVID testing. They did everything curbside and explained everything thoroughly before doing it. Thanks for being there for me when I needed it ♥️
