Offered good materials, like new, and lady at the door said no way.....took them over to ARC and they were glad to see materials that were not "junk", and asked me to bring more, and I did.......Goodwill is not such Goodwill !! Their loss

Guy there was very helpful. Turns out their warehouse is full so they aren't accepting donations currently. However he added that there are a few regular GW that will accept donations between 10a-2pm.

What's the deal with the Goodwill bins not being able to leave the curb!? I tried twice to drop off goods. First time I had to park a good distance and was told I'd have to borrow chart for the store next door to bring my good to the curb because I couldn't bring the bin to my car. I left. Second time, same thing and when I said it was too heavy to carry, the store clerk said if I said please he'd be happy to help me. WHAT?! If he had offered to help I would have used my manners voluntarily. I don't appreciate the manners lesson. How is that good customer service? Think I need to find a new charity to donate goods to.

Easy drop off. Employees helped me unload my car. However, there were certain items they would not unload and I'm not sure why. I had to unload those items myself.

Pretty annoyed that we're here on a Friday at 10:25 am-- clearly "donation hours" -- and the doors are locked. The phone just rings and rings. If you want to avoid dumping, please be open when you say you'll be.

Good Goodwill location. You can drive up, someone will come out with a rolling bin, greet you, take your items and hand you a donation receipt. As easy as can be. It all goes to a good cause. Thanks for what you guys do.

Rudest old man on the planet. Wrecked our car in the snowstorm and pulled into the shoppette to wait for a tow. Daughter and I venture into his shop to use the restroom, maybe get a kleenex for our tear soaked faces, collect ourselves. Are rudely met at the entrance door, can't even step into the actual shop before hes trying to herd us back out. No no those bathrooms are for us only, you go on down to the pizza shop. Really jerk? Okay, like my husband said when we got back into the car, okay we won't be donating there anymore. Have a little compassion you crotchety old grump.
