WOW! I went in for a frame adjustment thinking it would be a horrible untimely experience...I was so pleasantly happy with my trip to Costco vision. Erin was so helpful and kind and made the whole thing an easy process. I will reconsider going to my normal optometrist. Thank you!

The Parker Costco Optical Center is fantastic! They go above and beyond to make adjustments to glasses that were not purchased at Costco. I cannot thank them enough for making just the right adjustments to my new pair of glasses - next time, I'll be purchasing from them.

This joker gave me a prescription to the worst possible contacts to sleep in after I told him I needed contacts that you can wear for at least a week at a time. I can't even take a nap in these without my eyes being red for the rest of the day. What a clown.

Love the prices and employees...however, if you need to pick up contacts (which you pay for ahead of time), you shouldn't have to pick a number and wait 30 minutes. Not the best system. So if you plan on getting in and out quickly, you are out of luck.

Awesome service! I thought my appointment was at 4pm so I got there at 3:40 to check in and I was mistaken as my appointment was for 3:30. They didn’t give me a hard time or anything and took me right back. The doctor who helped me was great. Provided me with some good info on my eyes I didn’t know and gave me some good tips that’ll help keep my vision from getting worse. I’ll 100% be going back in the future.
