If the walgreens down the street was any better I would absolutely move my services to another pharmacy. They are frequently late on filling scripts based on the date / time provide via the answering service, and I have had multiple issues where a script was "ready" yet when I went to pick up the script there was nothing on site to pick up. The pharmacy services provided by the Holly King Soopers, as well as the Greenwood village are much much better if you have choice.

The customer service at this KS pharmacy is awful. They are rude they say they are going to call my doc to refill my meds they never do. I do not receive text messages when my medication is ready. It is really sad I have always used KS pharmacies and have had absolutely 5 star service.

They’re the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and they’re not polite about it at all. As an attorney, I see very clear vicarious liability lawsuits related to their professional negligence. A class action professional malpractice suit is likely in their future. I’m on day 4 of trying to pickup my prescription that was called in 6 days ago…. Been out of my heart medication for nearly a week now. Don’t go here. You may literally die waiting for your medication (much like the VA).

Long, exhausting waits and when you get someone's attention, they take forever to help you. Plus today was not the first time that one of the ladies was extremely rude to me. Definitely going to another pharmacy. I am not setting foot in that King Soopers after my terrible pharmacy experience today.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Absolutely horrible. They are extremely slow and rude. If you call in a prescription and request a specific time, it’s pointless. They won’t fill it anyway. If you call in to check on something, they just throw you on hold indefinitely and don’t bother to come back to the phone. They prefer you to stop in the store in person apparently. They like you to ask about your prescription status and then proceed to tell you it’ll be 40 minutes so if you’d like to walk around the store, they’ll let you know when it’ll be ready. Why do I specify a pickup time on the phone menu if it’s going to take 3-4 days to get it filled anyway?! If you try to be honest with them and express your frustrations, they don’t care.

Called and was told prescription would be ready in 20 mins. 30 mins I get there to wait in line for 40 mins. They say it will be another 10 to fill prescription. After another 30 mins in line I get to the front and they tell me they are out of stock for my pills. That was the last time I went to them.

Consistently told a time when prescriptions will he ready - often had to wait hours and even a full day later than promised. Not friendly about it either. I've had them actually text me to tell me my prescription is ready for pickup only to drive there and told that it's not ready, then wait another hour until they filled it. This, when it was in the middle of the day with nobody in line or the drive thru. No idea what these people do or why it takes them an eternity. I've only kept going to them because I shop here for groceries regularly. Otherwise, consistently bad experiences.

Absolutely terrible experiences the last 4 times I’ve visited this pharmacy. No luck getting through on the phone either. Drive through closed and always 6 deep lines. An errand that should take 10 minutes took 45 minutes today. Rude pharmacist. Karlene and Jackie are so overworked and trying hold it together. What a disaster. Will be changing pharmacies after prescriptions not being done on time, when promised and text notifications never come through either. It’s unacceptable.

Completely incompetent. Several times I've waited in the drive through were it's take 30 min for each car and they aren't even busy inside. Moving all my scripts to CVS despite it being 15 min further away from me. My doctor sent in a script 4 days ago, the next day I called and told me they had it and would be ready in an hour. After waiting 30 min in line after work the next day to pick it up they said my doctor declined it. Called my doctor today and they said it was sent in 4 days ago and was all good and they never declined anything. Both my doctor's office and myself tried to call them all day to get things figured out, for 8 hours solid even the doctor calls were going to voice-mail. Finally called me back at 5 till closing and left a msg with no information.

Prescription was ordered by doctor at 9am. Went to this pharmacy at 4pm, waited in line for an hour to be told "the doctor who prescribed it wasn't in their system" or something to that extent so they didn't have it and to come back at 7. Came back at 7, they still didn't have it, and was told to come back in the morning. Came back in the morning and waited 45 minutes to be told their pharmacist hadn't verified it yet. This was for a bottle of prepackaged antibiotics where all they had to do was put one bottle into another orange prescription bottle... For some reason every prescription I pick up here isn't verified by their pharmacist regardless of how long ago it was put in. Some of the staff is nice/understanding/accommodating and others will basically tell you to pound sand. They're definitely understaffed, I would avoid coming here after work hours on weekdays.
