This pharmacy had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They were very rude and unhelpful. I transferred my prescription over to Walgreens pharmacy, because of their treatment.

I had a very unusual prescription for my dog, the pharmacy tech went out of her way, CHEERFULLY, to help me despite the fact that they were busy and it was not easy to order. I could have gotten what I needed from the vets office but at 3X the cost. I am so grateful to them for helping me to obtain the lactated ringers I needed to treat my dogs kidney disease; I would not be able to afford to do it otherwise. CVS made a very tough situation much easier for me.

Tried to get a prescription filled here, the particular prescription was already embarrassing enough to have to fill and pick up. On hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 20 min each time. I had to call. The fax number listed was incorrect so the prescription never made it to them in the first day. The explanation from the staff didn't line up with getting the prescription filled....... some of the staff who answered were nice, others dismissive treating me like a bother.. Never had such a hard time filling a prescription in my entire life!

CVS, is a exceptional store for humidifiers. The store has several kinds from there brand to Vicks. I prefer theirs. The management and employees are always around, which is very nice. But they don't bug you. The ask once and that's all. My humidifier stopped working and they let me return it. But now they are out of my favorite so I can't replace it at this point. Very nice place to do business.

One star is too many. This is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Their customer service is horrible, their clerks are not well trained, their manager Brenna was defensive and argumentative. No one should have to come back three times to get a prescription filled only to be told a different excuse each time as to why it was not ready. I was told it would be ready on a Friday, when I went to pick it up they said it was out of stock and come back Tuesday. I came back Tuesday night and they said the doctor made a mistake and to call her. I called the doctor Wednesday morning and she didn't know anything about it and said there was no mistake. I called CVS back and they said it was out of stock and they were having trouble getting it. So, three different stories as to why I am now sitting here out of my medication. They also said twice that they sent texts to update me on the status of the rx, which was a lie. The attitudes of the staff and manager are horrible. They behave as if they could not care less that they are causing your problems and to miss medications. Smug, indifferent or downright hostile is what they project. Seriously, go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble or health problems due to their inability to fill a rx.

One star is WAAAAAYYYY too many for this den of incompetence!!! Having mistakenly thought that I was obligated to use this pharmacy due to my insurance plan, I can attest to AT LEAST 70% of all my visits over that time frame would rate a one star complaint. The only reason I didn't was for fear that they would intentionally be worse. Whether it was "we never got that prescription" or "it showed ready for pick up but isn't", up to including substituting erroneous prescriptions, this place beats anything disaster I have ever seen. The personnel are not overly friendly, but I honestly don't care to much about that...Just get my darned prescription right for once!!! Thank God I found out a different path...Walgreens here I come!!!

This pharmacy has too mamy issues. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. I change to this pharmacy, because I needed to travel outside the State, where they have only have CVS pharmacies to find out that their computers do not communicate with each other. CVS has a long way to go..

This has been the best CVS Pharmacy I've been to!!! The workers are great,staff members are great and very up pace. I had a great experience in and out with no problems. So thankful for Stephanie she is very knowledgeable and helpful she made my day thanks for all your help.

Just moved from Lakewood to Parker so I had my prescriptions transfered to this CVS and it has not been a good experience. Today I had my 3Rd Rx not filled because they don't have it in stock. The one I needed today, in my opinion, is something that you shouldn't have to wait 3 days for. Called my Dr back and having it called into King Soopers. Followed up with Kings and it will be ready in 30 minutes. Moving all my prescriptions back to King Soopers on Monday.

We switched to this Target Pharmacy five years ago from Walgreens. We had been long time Walgreens customers and we had finally had it with their poor customer service and being treated like a prescription number instead of a person. At Target, the managing pharmacist, Jamie Tolbert, goes out of her way to make sure we are informed about the Rx we're picking up. Our prescriptions are always ready at the time quoted and everyone is very personable and helpful. We've never had an issue....even when we're not feeling good, they always greet us with a smile. I have even had their Pharmacy techs call other, competing pharmacies when we needed a medication that wasn't in stock at Target. Try and get that kind of service from Walgreens. As long as Jamie is running this Pharmacy, we'll be customers for life! Don't change a thing!
